We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

As soon as we stepped into the lobby of this hotel in Rome, we were warmly welcomed by Angela from the front desk. She wore her tie neatly and maintained a professional demeanor all the time. We mistakenly booked the wrong room due to network issues at first, which made us quite anxious. Angela kept comforting us and told us not to worry. She kindly rearranged a room perfectly suitable for my mother and me after careful coordination. Furthermore, she patiently helped us apply for an early check-out service in the early hours of the next day and gave us clear directions to catch the airport shuttle bus on time. The whole communication went extremely smoothly. We really appreciate such a warm-hearted and responsible staff member. Highly recommend this hotel thanks to Angela’s excellent service!

For Rome prices, it's not bad. However, the self check-in process was a bit convoluted for the initial entry (though once you get the keys from the room, opening the main building door and the condo entrance is easy). The bathroom had a shower with mold, and very little water came out of the showerhead, which was completely encrusted. Even after trying to clean it, not much water came out. For the price, it's not terrible though.

HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

It's less than a 10-minute walk to Temini station, so dragging suitcases isn't a hassle, and getting around by subway is very convenient. The surrounding area is full of hotels and many restaurants; the Washington Cafe on the corner was perfect for my family's tastes, and we ate there three times in a row. The lobby and hallways are a bit dark, but the staff are very nice, and the rooms are cleaned daily and very tidy, with two bottles of mineral water provided each day. The breakfast quality is decent.

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations.
