I made the trip in search of fresh snow on the mountains, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was also delicious, and I was very satisfied. If I had to say one thing, it would be that you can't go to the hot springs in indoor footwear, so it's a good idea to bring sandals or something similar.

Its a great hotel, with walking distance to echigo yuzawa station, 7 eleven and ski rental shop. It has great breakfast and spacious hotel rooms. Comfortable onsen and private onsen available, never forget the free ice cream and free supper (soya ramen). Great hospitality and worth the price.

It is very close to JR Niigata station. The staff handled check-in with hospitality. The facilities were maintained well with neatness and cleanliness. Although I booked the smallest room, the room still has enough space for opening the luggage fully.

It was our second time staying at Naeba. The rooms are not the best, the floor is dirty but at least they staff were diligent to make the bed and change our towels daily. The selling point is really the slopes and the scale of the hotel which has more than 6 buildings, with 4 rental shops spread across the various lobbies, multiple ski schools, eateries, which is very family friendly. The ski area is great for December (start of the season) not too crowded and priced reasonably (food, rental etc) Children below 12 yo get free lift passes. My asks: laundry dryers can be better, and I wish the rooms are freshened up and old carpets removed. But overall, the scale of it, and amenities make it a great stay.

The hotel has a hot spring, a snow park, and a shuttle bus to and from Kamikoku ski resort. It's so comfortable to soak in a hot spring after skiing. There is a shuttle bus for transportation. It's a 45-minute drive from Yuzawa Station. It's a little far, but it's one of the best choices for skiing near Tokyo. The staff's English is really not good, and the communication is... quite different from Tokyo. Not everyone is friendly, but I like it. Because it's not a tourist attraction, I guess there are not many foreigners who come here to stay.

I communicated with Ctrip customer service. It was a bit too outrageous that the price difference of 30% for the same room type was one day different. The request was to directly deduct the price difference from the room type on the 13th, or to refund the 13th and change to the 14th. If not, can it be changed to a 100-square-meter room type on the same day and refund the price difference of 1200? If it is still not possible, can it be changed to a 100-square-meter room type on the same day without refunding the price difference? We enjoyed ourselves tremendously at Naspa. The room was huge and luxurious by Japanese standard, in my opinion. It was clean too! The breakfast spread was amazing. It's a ski in n out resort. Decent slopes, sufficient for us to ski for 2 days. Its very easy to get to the train station to the resort. The stop is few steps to the r Left from the enterance of the station. Vice versa, The half-hourly shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa station and back made it very convenient for us to grab dinner and snacks at 7-11 or NewsDay. The Onsen was much needed after each ski day. We'll be back NASPA!

The hotel is atmosphere with a nice blend of the old and new. It is located not too far from Uonuma no Sato and have a complimentary shuttle service to and fro Hatago Isen opposite Echigo Yuzawa Station. The room is big and there is nice heated table area. The bathroom is nice but as with traditional lodgings such as this, it can be pretty cold especially at the bathroom area in winter. Dinner was served in a bento format at our room. I was a little disappointed that it is a not a proper sit-down meal at the main dining area instead. The bento includes two generously sized onigiri, appetizers, and four main items including a meat patty, grilled fish and braised wagyu. The onsen bath is also quite nice and loved the bath with the snowy landscaped garden. Service is generally good and there are snacks and drinks available at the lounge for guests. In the evening, there is also sake and umeshu available for guests.

It's well located next to the conference center. The staff is friendly and efficient. But this hotel lacks some facilities as a five star hotel. They don't even have a bar, but they have a sake lounge with machines that you can taste different sake. The hotel has a very nice observation floor on the top with a cafe & souvenir shop that you can see the whole city of Kobe. It was a good experience in general.
