HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
GGuest UserThe hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water, and there's no in-room water dispenser system. So, every time I wanted water or to make instant noodles, I had to go downstairs to buy it. After a long day, or first thing in the morning, having to get ready and go out just for water is really inconvenient. The TV is old and only shows hotel information. The toilet and shower are separate but extremely small. I didn't get a room upgrade, so my view was of the normal street downstairs, not Universal Studios. They also charged an extra 1200 JPY for two nights as a city tax.
XXige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!
GGuest UserRight next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. The service was excellent, and the complimentary airport shuttle was super convenient. The hotel's location is also great; you can take the airport line train directly from downtown Osaka, get off at Rinku Town Station, and it's a very short walk from Exit 3. My room was on the 24th floor, offering a fantastic view with the bay spread out before me. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy. There's also an outlet mall, Don Quijote, and restaurants nearby.
55renbangMy friend recommended this hotel for several reasons:
1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person.
2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit.
3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel.
4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service).
5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing.
6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating.
7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day.
8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient.
9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout.
10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!
DDavidTosoWe stayed at this hotel for three nights during a trip to Osaka, and I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is rated three stars and is located outside the city center, but it’s easily accessible thanks to the nearby train station, making it convenient for getting around and visiting Osaka’s attractions.
The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness is excellent, with the housekeeping staff doing an impeccable job every day. A highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. It’s a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take some nice photos of the scenery.
The hotel staff is very efficient and helpful, although they don’t speak fluent English. However, they’re always ready to assist and communicate via online translators, which makes interactions easy and pleasant.
Another advantage for those traveling by car is the hotel’s automated parking system, which is well-designed and easy to use. This mobile parking system allows stress-free parking and quick access to the car, ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding areas of Osaka independently.
The area offers a few dining options, with restaurants serving tasty food at very reasonable prices. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby is also convenient, where you can make small purchases and withdraw cash from ATMs available 24/7—a true plus for travelers.
In summary, this is a great choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, well-connected to the city, with all essential services close at hand
YYeyuxinlixuejiaGreat location! It's just a five-minute walk from the train station. The self check-in was super convenient and quick, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. English communication was no problem at all. Walking to the outlet mall takes about 20 minutes, which is a bit far. There's a large supermarket downstairs which is handy, but just a heads-up, cigarettes there are more expensive than at the airport.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this as a top choice for travel accommodations.
GGuest UserThe hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offered free hotdogs in the evening. They also helped me find a balloon I'd lost in the restaurant. For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.
