Newly added a water refill faucet, its an excellent and a welcome upgrade! Previously only provided limited water bottle, which most of the time not enough, now drinking water here would not be a problem anymore!
The normal faucet now work better than my previous stay too, either they took the opportunity to do all the repair/upgrade or i was lucky to get a good condition room.
The view was very pleasant. The check-in process was efficient. The buggy service was also prompt. My children were particularly delighted with the lovely and clean indoor swimming pool. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
The room was clean and had a view of the ocean from the balcony! It was amazing ๐
You can walk to the beach in no time, and there's even a mosque right next door, which is great!
The air conditioner broke down partway through our stay, but they sent someone to fix it right away after we contacted them, and their service was excellent!
The breakfast was delicious, and we had a fun and comfortable stay โจ
We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway.
We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience.
For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic.
Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.
We booked 3-bedroom pool terrace and stayed at this resort for 3 days / 2 nights. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone in our group was happy with the stay, especially the kids.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our time there very relaxing. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families.
The only downside was that the hotel is not very wheelchair-friendly. We had to take a longer route each time to access our room, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, the management can consider improving accessibility in the future.
Overall, it was still a lovely stay, and we enjoyed our time.
I was very pleased with staff from Grand Lexis especially with Rekha who was very accommodating and helped me changed my room as I had injured my knee and was unable to go up the stairs to my unit. She managed to give me a unit on the lower floor and that made my stay more comfortable and great. My only issue is the WiFi was intermittent. Breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed the spread.
It was the newest hotel in the town when I visited. The staff are friendly, carpark is very secured. I stayed in room 108, it has good sunlight in the morning. The room is clean, not the usual dusty chairs and bedsheets. Bathroom on the other hand can be cleaner though. Overall a good stay.
Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay.
One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through.
Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior.
Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report.
Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination.
Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard.
I think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach.
Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am.
Overall, a satisfactory stay.
This was my second time staying at this budget hotel, and overall it was still a pleasant experience. The room was clean, though noticeably smaller compared to my previous stay.
Water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel remains a good choice thanks to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby places. Still a great stay for the price!

CCharmedIts a great family getaway and has been for several stay before at this hotel. The booking and check in were smoothly done and service was fast and friendly. We like the variety of facilities such as game room, large swimming pool, private beach, f&b and live show. The family room was big with 1 king bed, 1 double decker and 1 corner seating. We had so much fun here and plan to have a future stay here.
GGuest UserMy family and I were really satisfied with this short vacation. My 6-year-old sister was also very happy with the food and pool! ๐ฅฐ My mom is usually super picky about food, but she praised the breakfast choices and how delicious everything was. There were plenty of chairs by the pool, and there was even a lifeguard on duty. Plus, they provided towels for guests at the pool, so no need to bring one from the room! ๐๐ผ
For breakfast, there were so many options, from nasi lemak, roti canai, and porridge to cereal, English breakfast, pastries, and much more. It was really worth the price compared to other hotels. ๐
There are a few areas that could be improved, though. For example, the lifts were slow. It would be good to have a bellman like other hotels, and umbrella tables would be nice. The air conditioning in the room needs to be positioned better because it took a while for the room to cool down. Also, at night, I had to constantly adjust the temperature because the other bed (near the toilet) would always get hot if the temperature was set too high. In the bathroom, it would be great if they could put a non-slip mat under the shower because the floor was a bit slippery. And a specific pathway from the parking lot would be helpful, as I saw most guests walking across the grass in that area.
Overall, I'm very satisfied! ๐๐ผ My family is even planning to come back again with our extended family! ๐ฅฐ
GGuest UserCheck in was smooth. However, the floor is wet and sticky once we got in, very uncomfortable. The carpets also got dirt (luckily they provided a broom).
No tooth brush n tooth paste provided. Air conditioner remote also had to share between room and hall.
Food ordered from rider had to be picked up at the guard house not delivered to the lobby, quite a hassle since it is far from our block B.
Other than that everything else is nice and we had a good time!
ZZaheerZainalOverall, our stay was fine. The hotelโs location is great โ close to the mall and not too far from KL. The staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room amenities and cleanliness could be improved. The facilities felt a bit old, and the hallway to the room had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very spacious, and my child absolutely enjoyed spending time playing there.
SSufriZahudiThe view was very pleasant. The check-in process was efficient. The buggy service was also prompt. My children were particularly delighted with the lovely and clean indoor swimming pool. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
AAnonymous UserA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.
GGuest UserThe location is good. One negative is the 1st room we checked in had the following problems:
1. No proper housekeeping - hairs in bathtub and under bed
2. TV not working
The hotel did arranged a replacement room pretty fast though. The hotel is relatively old.
