Nice hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and spacious rooms. Check-in was fast and smooth. We were welcomed with drinks and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices — the Nasi Impit was especially delicious. The location is great, right in front of a lake, with a very nice view.

Facilities: Alright. Hygiene: For a family trip, the hygiene was truly subpar. The pool in the room looked like it hadn't had its water changed in ages; it was very murky. The blankets and pillows felt damp, and the room floor was so dirty that my feet turned black just from walking barefoot. Overall, the hygiene was really bad. Environment: The environment itself was quite good, with nice sea views and a beach. Service: The service was also good.

The room was clean and had a view of the ocean from the balcony! It was amazing 😆 You can walk to the beach in no time, and there's even a mosque right next door, which is great! The air conditioner broke down partway through our stay, but they sent someone to fix it right away after we contacted them, and their service was excellent! The breakfast was delicious, and we had a fun and comfortable stay ✨

Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The swimming pool is large, and the hotel has its own private beach – great for a relaxing getaway. 8. The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. 👎 Cons: 1. Our room was on Level 7, and during our stay one of the lifts was under maintenance. We had to use the stairs from Level 4 to Level 7, which was quite inconvenient.

The room was comfortable overall and suitable for our family stay. However, the toilet flushing system required a longer time to flush properly, which could be improved. The breakfast selection was decent, but we found the dishes to be slightly too salty for our preference. With some adjustments to these areas, the overall experience would be much better.

Seremban is a small town but this hotel really outdo all the expectations of a small town hotel. It is really clean and affordable with breakfast included. Location is strategic with many places easily reachable. The single bed room is actually super single bed size which is really comfy and can accommodate an adult and a kid just fine. Receptionist services is courteous and friendly. Hotel is connected to the Arena Square mall so you can easily buy things or take a meal anytime. If I'm ever coming back, will definitely stay at the same place!

The hotel is good location. Inside mall, nearby outside resto. All in walking distance. The room is big ie value for money.. clean and spacious room.

The room is spacious. However, it needs refurbishing. The room has unpleasant odors the moment I open the door, some kind of mouldy smell. The bed sheets don’t cover the whole mattress, they are smaller than the mattress. There’s no ventilator in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom is so dim.
