We are glad to have chosen The Royale Chulan Seremban for a 2 night stay during our road trip around Malaysia.
The hospitality and welcome was amazingly sincere.
We found our room was spacious, neat and clean. Amenities were more than adequate for a comfortable stay.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to be pampered during their stay in Seremban.
Quiet and relaxing stay with a beautiful private swimming pool. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially liked the pool area, it was perfect for unwinding. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt very peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay with speed buggy service. Location is great if you’re looking for a calm getaway away from crowds. Would definitely consider coming back again. Breakfast not so variety, booked for 4 pax but only have 3 free breakfast.
This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet, green setting, with large rooms and a good pool, Klana Resort works well — especially for a family or short getaway. Just keep in mind that it’s not a brand‑new luxury resort, so if you priorities top‑tier luxury, you might want to manage expectations. For breakfast, it was actually quite good. There were many choices, and the food tasted okay too better than I expected. The pool was a highlight, very good for kids/family fun. Should try!
The price is comparable to a Hanting or Orange Hotel in China, but the facilities are a tier lower. It's more like a guesthouse in a small town. The main issue is that it's right next to an expressway, and the motorcycles are incredibly loud. And with only single-pane windows, you can imagine. If you're a light sleeper, don't even think about it. A good night's sleep is worth hundreds of RMB.
The air conditioning was freezing cold and noisy, so I had to turn it off to sleep. On the top floor (3A), there's a conference room where they hold a lot of events. One event from 8 PM to 10 PM had people chattering until 11 PM, and there were even children crying. The front desk service, however, was decent.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

What's the scariest thing when you're alone in a foreign land? It's not loneliness, nor unfamiliarity, but uncertainty. However, from the moment I booked this hotel, all my anxious uncertainties vanished. The staff service, the environment, and the hotel's shuttle service (it costs money, but it's much more reliable than frantically hailing a taxi yourself) were all impeccable. Especially Manager Fu and Xiao Li, they completely eliminated any sense of insecurity I had in this foreign place. Their various thoughtful reminders and meticulous service almost made me feel a bit embarrassed. I will definitely choose this hotel for concerts in Nanjing this year – it's so convenient! I hope to share a room with fellow B-friends from all over the country.
As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a stale, dusty smell. The room wasn't very clean, but we didn't think much of it and checked in anyway. To our surprise, the next day we woke up with those terrible little rashes shown in the pictures. If this hadn't happened on the second day, we could have changed hotels sooner.
Our first day's experience was also awful. After a tiring day of hiking, we couldn't get back into our room because our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to call someone for maintenance. Luckily, after some fixing, we got in, but dramatically, the same thing happened a second time. Frustrated, I asked them to fix it permanently or please give us a different room. This time, it was fixed quickly again, so thanks to the staff.
But I didn't realize that this was just heaven's first warning.
On the third morning, we were supposed to sleep until noon and then leave the hotel refreshed. Instead, the biggest nightmare arrived. I was half-asleep when I was woken up by a continuous wake-up call that lasted at least three minutes. I finally broke down. Although this wake-up service wasn't for us, I was clearly more ”serviced” than the neighbors who wouldn't get up. Angrily, I got up and saw that next door was clearly a group of students on a tour?
I'm writing this review in anger, hoping to help anyone who needs it.
The room isn't huge, but it's very clean. The back door opens right onto the beach, perfect for enjoying the sand and waves morning and evening. We witnessed stunning blue hour views at sunrise and sunset, like something out of a painting. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The service was fantastic. We even left a few small stones we'd collected from the beach by accident when we checked out. The staff helped us find them in the trash can when we came back by taxi! Plus, there are adorable cats in the yard, adding to the relaxed vacation vibe.
Located in Tanjung Tuan, this property offers spacious, modern rooms at a very affordable price point—perfect for large families or groups of friends. We loved the direct beach access and the variety of sports facilities, including the ping-pong and badminton courts. The reception team was professional, and the rooms were notably clean and well-maintained.
A few logistical notes: parking is quite limited relative to the number of rooms. Also, be aware that the lift only services certain floors, so some stair climbing may be required depending on your room location.
