Second stay at the Gromada hotel. Clean, quite, comfortable and suitable hotel for staying. Enjoyed morning breakfast and personnel. Highly recommend for every budget

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

Large room with spacious bathroom. Clean. Friendly service. Breakfast buffet. Everyone will find something for themselves. Close to Chopin airport.

When checking in, the two staff were not friendly despite me saying hi and smiling to them. However, Martin was really nice during check out that’s why I didn’t give too bad a score for service. There’s no kettle, no tissue and no drinking water provided nor any tea or coffee and there’s only two in one soap in the bathroom. There’s a weird smell from the bathroom and there’s only a shower curtain so water splashes all over (there’s no feet towel). The pillows on the bed are really lumpy and uncomfortable. Stool provided was crooked so I didn’t dare use it. Curtains cannot be closed fully so the sunlight can still shine in. Will not stay here the next time I visit.

Warsaw Presidential Hotel is a fantastic hotel that my family stayed in the last leg of our vacation in Poland. Location was great, service from the front desk and housekeeping was good. And even after we checked out, they allow us to use the swimming pool facility for a quick shower before heading to the airport.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

Great hotel in prime location on what is the most modern part of Warsaw and growing. Has kitchen and balcony. Has sauna and fitness center. A few minor tweaks to the amenities and better wifi and it could be a 10/10. 9/10 from me.

I've stayed at Novotel hotels in my home country before, so I chose this one in Warsaw as well. It's very close to the main train station, which is a great location, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and as a 'superior room', it was on a higher floor with a wide-open view.

Not bad, very favorable, suitable for traveling together, the three of us went together, more affordable than the APP in Europe.
