This is my second time staying at this hotel. While the overall experience was simple, I want to take a moment to compliment a few staff members who truly stood out.
They showed genuine hospitality, working with patience and care, and were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. Special thanks to Dee at the reception, and Subash and Yudi from the breakfast team — they made my stay more pleasant with their warm service.
One thing I noticed: I'm not sure what the difference is between each floor, but during my previous stay, some basic room amenities were missing. However, on my second stay, everything was provided in the room without needing to request them. It was a much smoother experience this time.
Just a small suggestion: It would be better not to assign a connecting room to solo travelers by default. I was initially given a room with a connecting door, which I’m not comfortable with, and had to request a room change. Thankfully, the staff handled it well.
Overall, I appreciate the great service and warm attitude from the team!

Very good apartments, a family of four people comfortable and spacious, there are everything necessary for a full rest and accommodation. Excellent location, near a 24-hour supermarket and metro. A separate thank you for your support during the booking to the operator Laya.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtful services provided. The location is excellent, being very convenient to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities are especially considerate for elderly guests, with safety equipment thoughtfully installed in the toilets. This shows the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort, which I deeply appreciate.
While the TV channel selection was somewhat limited, with no movies or Asian channels available, the overall room experience was still cozy and comfortable. I also noticed the food options leaned more towards Western and Indian styles, which were well-prepared. However, adding some Asian-style dishes, like noodles, would be a welcome addition for guests who prefer them.
The welcome fruit was a lovely touch – thank you for that thoughtful gesture! It made us feel warmly received. I did notice that only one complimentary bottle of mineral water was provided, and I think having additional free bottles would enhance the stay further.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, despite the traffic congestion on the road leading to the hotel between 3-5 p.m.

We booked the 84m2 apartment. It was as good as the pictures. First time that has happened. All staff were very polite and helpful. The tv had casting so can watch iPad when it’s too hot. When the restaurant opens it will be a perfect place to stay

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

A lovely hotel with clean facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The room was fantastic, well-equipped, and had everything you could need. While sunbeds are limited, we had no trouble finding plenty available during our stay—arrive early if you want the prime spots. Special thanks to the valet team for their outstanding professionalism and customer care.
Cons: The large TVs detract from the hotel's elegance and the stunning views.
