This hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!

Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.

We verbleven hier op doorreis van Italië naar België en het hotel bleek ideaal gelegen. Het design en de voorzieningen zijn indrukwekkend: het zwembad, de sauna, de klimmuur en de Kids Cave maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Vanuit de kamer genoten we van panoramische uitzichten die werkelijk adembenemend waren. Het ontbijt was van uitzonderlijk hoog niveau: zeer uitgebreid, dagvers en ontzettend lekker – echt een topper. Een klein minpuntje was de minimale inrichting van de kamer en de netheid van het sanitair; in douche en toilet vonden we nog wat haren terug. Dat was jammer, maar woog niet op tegen de vele pluspunten. Al met al een aanrader en wellicht komen we hier nog eens terug!

GGuest UserWir waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr für eine Nacht im Hotel Heimgartl und waren froh, überhaupt noch ein bezahlbares Zimmer gefunden zu haben. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Das Zimmer entsprach allerdings einem sehr einfachen Standard (ca. 1–2 Sterne). Für eine kurze Übernachtung in der Hochsaison in Ordnung – Komfort sollte man jedoch nicht erwarten.

MManuel E.Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Hotel mit großartigem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Wir haben eine Nacht verbracht und dafür war es ideal. Parkplätze sind gegen eine Gebühr vorhanden (draußen oder Garage). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und der Spa-Bereich erholsam (könnte aber für mehrere Tage und in Hochsaison etwas klein sein). Die Hahnenkammbahn ist etwa 10-12min. zu Fuß entfernt, die Kitzbüheler Einkaufsstraße etwa 6-8min. Wenn wir wieder nach Kitzbühel kommen, werden wir gerne wieder bei diesem Hotel buchen!
