The service staff is warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and can always meet the needs of guests. The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is very good, and the overall environment of the restaurant is also pleasant. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is very suitable for business or leisure travelers. The overall experience is very satisfactory and I will choose to stay next time.

A very good stay experience. This is a self-driving campsite located in Torquay, the starting point of the Great Ocean Road, with a variety of room types. The rooms are large, clean, and equipped with fully equipped kitchens. We purchased ingredients from Coles and WW not far away and made two meals ourselves. The campsite is conveniently located on Ocean Road, just a few minutes' drive from the town centre. If you check in after hours, they will put the keys in the safe at the entrance, and you can ask for the safe password with just a phone call.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality—I would definitely come back again!

The room was clean and tidy, and also spacious. The bed was generously sized, though the mattress was a little soft. The location was a bit out of the way, but it's close to Xingxin Lake Park and not far from Kolda Beach. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Very good. The Chinese front desk downstairs was very polite and enthusiastic. They also let me visit the underground floor. I was very satisfied.

This hotel definitely deserves five stars. The location is excellent, very close to the outlet mall, so you can bring your purchases back to your room right away. And the fact that Coles is open until 11 PM really blew me away! We stayed here on our last night, so it was a brief experience, but overall, it was genuinely great. The front desk staff were super friendly, mostly Chinese, so I'm guessing they offer Chinese language service. The manager was also very nice; when we wanted to see the inside of the secret door in our room, she immediately came to unlock it for us to inspect. Our room was upgraded, probably to a balcony room, so the overall space was quite large. The design is grand and stylish, with black pinstripe frames that look fantastic. The room feels very new, and all the appliances are top-notch. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom features large marble tiles, which are incredibly expensive – I know from asking about prices when I renovated my own home. They're flawless except for the cost, so it's clear the hotel invested a lot in its decor. The shower water was very comfortable, and the toiletries were also from a good brand. It was quiet at night, which was excellent. I booked it for one night to try after seeing it recommended on Xiao Hong Shu. I booked quite late on the day, so it cost over 200 SGD, which was a bit pricier than usual.

Although the location is relatively biased, the surrounding facilities are very good, there are many large supermarkets, and the South Melbourne market, which opens at 3.5.6.7 every week, which is similar to the domestic vegetable market. I lived there for 10 days. Cleaner, suitable for longer stays

The quality of the bed and pillows is very good, the room is relatively spacious, bright and clean, and the sound insulation is good. Toothpaste and slippers should be brought by themselves, and the staff is very friendly.

Was a lovely stay which felt like home! Everything was clean and efficient. Arrived early by noon and was granted check in with a warm welcome of chocolates and a personal note! Enjoyed a high floor on level 18 and late check out till 1pm as Elite Silver member. Would love to return here again next visit as there are tram stops, 3 supermarkets and South Melbourne Market all within walking distance. Love the friendly service from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping staff! Everything feels so new and fresh in the hotel, well maintained and being new. Easy to call an Uber as well just a short ride to city.
