The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

The hotel needs maintenance. Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved. The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much. Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception. I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.
