GGuest UserI paid for the night when I arrived, and my brother also paid for the booking on your site, which I don't understand how it's possible. I didn't know my brother had already settled the bill, so if you could process this claim for a refund, I'd appreciate it.

ううさたんSTCのバス乗り場からは、Yangoで2600CFAでした。真夜中に到着しましたが、チェックインを待っていてくれました。写真では分かりづらいかも知れませんが、客室内はかなり暗くて、私のように視力が悪い人にとってはなかなか大変でした。虫はいましたが、大した問題ではありませんでした。シャワーは水でしたが、暑いので問題ありません。ただ、シャワーを浴びると便器が水浸しになります。また、便器には便座がありませんでした。ペットボトルの水もありません。枕元にコンセントがあるのは便利でした。無料Wi-Fiは良好でした。エアコンはよく効きます。より、スタッフの方はとても親切で、夜中でも開いている夕食の場所、そして水などを買うためのスーパーマーケットまで連れて行ってくださいました。また、空港までの車も手配してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。なお、チェックイン時は警察に届けるための手続きが必要です。スマホからQRコードを読み込む必要があります。5分以内には完了します。客室内の天井に照明を付けるだけでも、かなりCSは向上する気がしました。ちなみに、Trip.comの説明では、ドライヤーありとなっていますが、スタッフの方にお伺いしたところ、ドライヤーは無いとのことでした。

GGuest UserThe room facilities are new and good, that is, the facilities for eating and laundry are not in place. The Novotel in front of this hotel has only a pool bar. Fortunately, there is a shopping mall opposite. Overall very satisfied
