The room has direct drinking water, and you can ask for bottled mineral water if you prefer. The guesthouse itself was quite clean.

The rooms feature natural wood furniture and warm lighting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bedding is clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. 👨👩👧👦The service is impeccable. The owner and staff are as welcoming as family. During check-in, they not only helped with our luggage but also thoughtfully explained the sightseeing routes. The second day's breakfast was authentic farm-style cuisine: free-range eggs, multigrain porridge, and handmade steamed buns. Every bite tasted like home, and I felt completely energized afterward. 🌿The attention to detail truly showcased the quality. The courtyard was fully equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, perfect for sitting there in the evening, enjoying the breeze, and chatting – incredibly pleasant. We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

I was pleasantly surprised that even with the large crowds during the May Day holiday, the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. The lobby and corridors were spotless, and the room felt especially bright and tidy as soon as I entered. I felt completely comfortable using the bathroom and sink. The air conditioning, water heater, and TV were all new, and the internet was fast. Their toiletries are also worth a special mention – they were comprehensive and very good quality. The front desk staff were also very helpful, offering suggestions and directions when I went out shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. After much deliberation, I chose Jinyuan Wenfuyuan, and its location is truly superb! It's just a few minutes' walk from Luoyi Old City subway station, and very close to Shizijie and Lijingmen. The area is lively, yet the guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat, so my stay wasn't affected by any noise. As for service, the staff called me in advance and even added me on WeChat to give me directions and share many local recommendations for food and attractions. It was perfect for an introvert like me, as the staff didn't intrude, but daily linen replenishment was always on point, and the room was kept spotless – truly thoughtful! The room environment is genuinely good, with smart voice control throughout, a smart toilet, and excellent soundproofing. This time, because we had a 'special forces' (fast-paced) itinerary, we picked a smaller room. Next time, I'll definitely choose a bigger one, especially since both of us are quite tall. The only minor drawback was that the shower threshold was a bit low, causing water to spill out during showering, though it dried quickly. In terms of price, this guesthouse is truly competitive, given its prime location – it's a real bargain! All in all, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family; the experience was fantastic! Luoyang is beautiful, Jinyuan is great, and I'll be back!
