Excellent experience. My 6-year-old son enjoyed the hotel too much. People are willing to meet any need for the experience to be unmatched. Having the possibility to enjoy the beach with all the security is something fundamental for the rest.

Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍 Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼 If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

Decent hotel for the price had to change my room cause my shower was spraying everywhere but when I brought it to their attention they switched me no problem

The hotel is clean and tidy. Its staff is very attentive to guests. But they should extend their Check-in times (it's too late) and Check-out times (very early). Despite that, I was allowed to use the facilities (bathroom) since I was returning from a tour after check-out, but I was able to use a shower. In short, very good but with that detail to improve their schedules.

The location is good and the service is good. The hotel is quite lively, with different organizations holding activities indoors and outdoors on weekends and weekdays. The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute.
