Pet-friendly Hotels in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany

The farm is lovely, very nice atmosphere. The room however was very cold, there had been some issue with the heating system they told us. The room got a bit warmer later on, but still, in winter, it was cold inside. This was not ideal. Turning on the heating system some hours prior to arrival could have been a good option, because it seemed, the heating system was ok, only that it had not been turned on in time. Besides the lady in reception not the most helpful kind, it might have been due to a language issue, though. We arrived in darkness and they would not open the parking lot for us, as this was not for guests, although they had lot of space. They told us so we had to park farther away and bring the suitcases with us walking. The farm is a bit isolated from town, so in dark night, with kids, this was not very nice. But later on, the gates of the parking lot were opened for us, so we did not understand well what the problem was. In any case, close to the gate it was not possible to park not ever for some seconds to do the unloading or uploading as per the very strict sign there. Not very welcoming, all in all.

Beautiful rooms, clean, very good location – but what's completely unacceptable is providing a room where they know the heating isn't working. We mentioned it to reception shortly after arrival, and they said a technician would look into it. That evening the heating still wasn't working, the night porter said there was nothing more they could do, and the next day the receptionist told us that the gas line needed replacing, and that this was a known issue... Why would they even give out this room? No goodwill gesture or discounts whatsoever – what a shame, but this chain is dead to us! So, it's only recommendable in the summer... :-)

The room is very new, the furniture is quite standard furniture, the breakfast is quite rich, it is recommended, the hotel parking is 15 euros a night, overall ok, the room is equipped with a kettle

The hotel is located in the middle of a pedestrian area. But there are parking houses directly near. The room was small but very modernly furnished and mostly clean. Breakfast was rich and very good. I'll certainly book here again at the next business visit nearby.

The small town with a small population is indeed lacking in service. When I checked in, I arrived early. There was no one in the lobby. I had to wait for an hour in the lobby. The lights in the lobby were very dark. I felt hairy. There was no one there when I checked out. Fortunately, there was a waiter in the breakfast area and asked them for help before calling for the car.

The pool was unfortunately closed and will not be reopened! This should also be updated on the various pages online!! Don't advertise it if the pool is no longer there. That's unacceptable!! Furthermore, there are only two loungers for two saunas! That's far too few. There's definitely room for about five more loungers! Everything else was clean and in good order.

Ohne viele Worte einfach nur schön Vorhallen sehr gemütlich,sehr sauber,die Ortschaft sollte man auch gesehen haben …auch die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich…!!!

To choose a big bed room on the second floor or above, the twin room on the first floor is very small, the hotel is clean and the surrounding environment is comfortable, the supermarket is very close, you can walk to the company and nearby supermarkets and eating town
