The hotel arrived late at night, just opposite the airport, and the check-in in the middle of the night was electronically unregistered. Reservation number is required, but Trip.com does not provide it. I called the front desk of the hotel and made a good check-in in the background. The English language is not good. The toilet leaked and noisy all night.
the room rate isn't cheap $5xx per night, but the maintenance of toilet isn't good. My room number is 24xx ..but the reception didn't guide me how to reach my room. I need to take times to find the way. because the signage in a lift inside. the corridor signage was wrong. The sink is a bit chocked up and very difficult to switch on the tap water. The breakfast is good and many coffee selections.
The hotel was overall very good and without any challenges. But staff always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, organisational and quantitatively not satisfied. The combination of cash and reception is innovative, but if this double area is occupied with only one person and in all cases waiting times are not negligible, there is a significant need for improvement. Breakfast with massive waiting cords, I have never experienced. That means the breakfast area is underdimensioned. The staff who are friendly and helpful despite overload is a light view of these organizational and constructive deficiencies.
An undisputed five-star hotel. If you want to stay at a higher class hotel than the Dorint Hotel, this is the place to go.
There is a 996 race car at the reception, and you can enjoy a racing simulator and a bar.
A smoking lounge is available, and it is nice that you can smoke while sitting in a chair in a spacious space.
The *** attached to the hotel is mechanical, and first-time visitors can register as a member at the reception desk and enter. It is quite easy for beginners to get into, but it is still a little disappointing compared to the type with a dealer.
The view from the balcony is inferior to Dorint. If you try to see the GP course, you can't see it because the stands block your view, so if you want to see the cars, Dorint is better.
Very good location of the hotel, in the center, there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby.
Good clean room.
Quick check-in, despite reviews and check-out.
Price-quality 👍
From the downsides:
”I didn't find the entrance and the resepshne immediately
-The pillows need to be changed, from them the pillow itself will come out, which is not very pleasant, the pillows are not very comfortable too
”The maid knocked at 08:40 a.m. I didn't weigh the plate, but I had a room for departure, did the Resident not give the information? I wanted to sleep still.
Central location, however, right on a main street. The windows have filtered the noise very well. Very good deep garage with bicycle seats. Friendly staff. Good varied breakfast

Very Good
GGuest UserHighly recommended! This is my favorite hotel these days. It is conveniently located near the bus station. The price is very affordable.
The front desk has English service and the attitude is very good. The hotel is right by the Rhine River, with first-class scenery and a very quiet neighborhood.
JJotakeoHotel hygiene is okay. The location is also good. The service staff are not very friendly. The equipment is substandard and there is no water dispenser. There is no hot water kettle either. If I want to drink hot water, I can only go to the restaurant.
AAnonymous UserThe room was moderately large and the location was very good and there was a shopping mall right in front of it !!!
I am willing to use it again next time.
SSAA611I feel like I said a city hotel, good or bad.
Breakfast is nothing special compared to others
The view from the room is quite good
I make a reservation with a queen bed, but since it is a separate type with two singles connected, it tends to fill the gaps when I sleep alone or use only one side.
The downside is that there are too few parking lots. The private parking lot will be filled soon, so you have to park in the nearby park space.
