Stayed for one night, with my friend. Considering the price, facility, location, room condition was quite nice.
And the staff service was the best. There was an unexpected strong smell of cigarette in the room, but when I informed this to the front desk, the staff immediately apologized and kindly gave us new room. New room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
Have to explain why I’m giving 3/5 for cleanliness: I think there was a trash juice leakage in the stairway which left a trail and stank while I was staying. Other than that it’s a perfect place for solo travelling - good price to value, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, adequate facilities and amenities... Overall it was a great experience
I was in the Best Western for the first time and was very satisfied.
The entrance area with his trabi has put me into nostalgia, because we had the same in my childhood.
The breakfast offer was sufficient and something for every taste.
The room was beautiful and offered two seats. They were either directly on the window or on the table.

My partner and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the central station, and the staff is friendly. However, the armchairs and carpet in the room were very dirty and clearly need renovation. The hallways were also dark. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the shower had mold around it. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good and offered a wide variety. But I wouldn't stay there again.
I made a reservation on the same day and used it, but the facilities were very clean and the location was right next to the station, so I was very satisfied. The price was expensive because it was a same-day reservation, so I would be willing to visit again if it was cheaper.
Good location, very close to the station, about 3 minutes walk, the room is very comfortable and clean, the hotel is well maintained, come to Chemnitz several times to stay at this hotel, very good.
The hotel is in the city center, with nice interior decoration and low-key appearance. I found the hotel only when I arrived at the door. Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!

GGuest UserIt’s a creative and colorful place with an exceptionally friendly staff! :)
The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍
GGuest UserIt was close to Leipzig Central Station and the room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were good for the price. I would like to make a reservation if I have a chance to come to Leipzig again.
GGlennWas stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.
GGuest UserA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

NNativityExcellent service. Tram 7.5 hours to the center itself. Drinks in a mini bar. One request to the hotel - make it possible to contact for a late arrival warning via WhatsApp. We had to contact acquaintances to call
RRebecca ChoiThe hotel is very clean and the design is new and bright. The exterior design of the hotel is very nostalgic and very beautiful. I didn't expect Dresden to be so beautiful. It is recommended to stay at this hotel and visit this town.
CChin HongGreat location which is just like 5 minutes walk from the HBF station.
A lot of wonderful restaurants nearby, including shopping areas.
The rooms are clean and perfect for family trip.
GGuest UserSuper friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at the reception.
Unfortunately, something went wrong with the parking space allocation, so they waived the parking fee for me.
GGuest UserGreat small hotel with very friendly and engaged staff.
Super breakfast and modern hotel facilities.
The restaurant offers an excellent dinner with a good food card on the evening from 17:00 - 21:00.
To the city centre walk twenty minutes. Bus stop right in front of the hotel building.
