Pet-friendly Hotels in La Altagracia, Dominican Republic

We were hosted at the hotel Bakour and our experience was absolutely exceptional. Since we arrived, the staff made us feel like at home. The attention was of high quality, familiar and extremely careful. They were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The reception was particularly highly high thanks to Kimberly's friendlyness and efficiency, who greeted us every day and kept us informed about the activities of the hotel. Your personalized attention and your willingness to help us at any time were essential for our stay. But what really loved us was the staff's attitude in general. From Manuel, the tours seller who became a friend and made us several gifts without commit, even the bar and buffet boys, such as Jazmín and Joan, who were always attentive and kind. Even Junior, who worked at night, was extremely social and made us feel part of the family. We were very happy to have a nice and comfortable room, and we were very happy to have a nice room. 房間很舒服，有管家；我説來過生日，還給我專門送了小蛋糕和酒，還會給我佈置一下房間，whatsapp每天早上給我發當天酒店的活動。 在全包酒店來説，這家酒店的餐食還可以了，但是上餐很慢。 總共有7個餐廳，衹吃了亞洲餐廳和意大利餐廳，都很好吃。buffet的餐廳也很不錯。衹有海邊的餐廳，有什麼漢堡炸魚薯條那家很難吃。其他幾家南美餐廳什麼的沒來得及去。 多米尼加的海灘老有人來推銷不太喜歡，所以都窩在自己房間的泳池那裡了。

very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

房間有些舊了，近海灘沙子和海草，不適合浮潛。除此之外都還好。服務和食物都沒問題。餐廳很多可以選擇，當然口味是拉美的，喜好不一定。工作人員四處都很熱情，響應也算及時。親子的很多，晚上也有樂隊，**，等很多娛樂。整體還是不錯的。

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

Ok, but don't expect anything special. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options to choose from, one of which is always missing. There is a small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach within walking distance. The staff is very slow, as is the case everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve we asked for an iron to iron our dress, but they never brought it to us. The room has a large wardrobe and not a single hanger. There is no refrigerator. Large balcony, not a single chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow ill-conceived

Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff
