Pet-friendly Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

Lo action was excellent. Beds size were good. Cleaning was terrible. Rooms were dusty and not clean at all. Needs more attention. First night breakfast came in time in the morning but second day it came too late even though I confirmed what time it was supposed to be delivered to my room. There was no even white cheese as first day. Waiting for breakfast made me late for the train and I had to take another train that was not as good as my earliest. It is a 3 star hotel and I am comparing to other 3 hotels in same area.

I stayed at the hotel for a week while attending an exhibition in Egypt. The owner, a very generous man from Northeast China, had been in Egypt for five or six years and provided some useful tips. Overall, the experience was excellent. 📍Location: The hotel is located in New Cairo, where the streets are much cleaner and wider than in the Old City. 📍Amenities: There's a Chinese restaurant on the basement floor, and breakfast is available downstairs if included. You can also order food downstairs, and you often see expatriate employees dining there. There are also supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, making life very convenient. 📍Hotel Layout: The hotel has five floors. Floors 2-4 are guest rooms, with options including single king-size beds (shared bathroom), double beds (shared bathroom), and single king-size beds (private bathroom). Both the shared and private bathrooms are spacious. I stayed in a single king-size bed room (private bathroom), which was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was nice. Returning to the hotel at night and watching the sunset was very pleasant. *I forgot to take pictures of the room interior, so here are some photos of the surrounding scenery and breakfast.

The apartment is located in a high-end residential area, with CFC Mall nearby. It is convenient and comfortable to live in, and the security is strict. The room has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 1 kitchen. It is OK for 3 people on business trips. The facilities are complete and easy to use. Cleaners come to clean every other day. It should be noted that the apartment assists in self-service check-in and check-out online. There is no front desk/warehouse to store luggage. Friends who have this need should be cautious. Moreover, the contact number left on Ctrip is not accessible. The actual contact number is another phone number. I suggest that the apartment should improve these two points. When checking in this time, I couldn’t contact the apartment to confirm whether I could check in earlier than 3 pm (at least 10 calls were made). I didn’t know that the apartment had no front desk and could not store luggage. I went there in advance and waited for 5 hours. It was still the security team that was more flexible to help check the luggage and let us go to eat. Otherwise, I really have to write a big bad review. I hope the apartment can improve this point: either emphasize on Ctrip that there is no storage service and ensure that the service phone can be contacted, or open a storage service. Except that the check-in was very unpleasant, everything was OK during the stay. The customer service staff basically responded within half an hour, with high efficiency, and convenient check-out.

The facilities are a bit old, and the room has a musty smell. The location is decent. The Four Seasons' service is consistent with their standards in other countries. There aren't many shopping malls nearby.

El hotel es increible. El dormitorio es hermoso. El personal muy cercano y servicial. Las vistas desde el cuarto piso increibles. Buena ubicación. Excelente precio.

Wow what a grate hotel in the area city star mall is so close and staff is grate ,with the view and location in the city close to airport 🛫 also

Great experience but shower draining pipes must be fixed ASAP.

Everything is great: location, service, cleanliness. The second time I stop here. The heart of Cairo. If the windows go out to the city, then noise-consider who matters
