Pet-friendly Hotels in Bourgogne-Franche-Comte, France

At the time of my booking through Trip.com, I prepaid for my room and for all of my breakfasts. Unfortunately they claimed that they did NOT received payment from Trip.com for any of my breakfasts even though I showed them my receipts that they in fact were prepaid but they chose to decline. As a result, I had to double pay for all of my breakfasts. I also found bugs on top of my bed and in the restroom, a disgusting health issue. And lastly I experienced an attitude problem from an older gray hair lady. No, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very charming and professional welcome at Tonneliers. We arrived and had to head straight out to lunch before check in. The front desk team were chatty and very accommodating and ordered us a taxi. I would absolutely stay again here in Beaune.

Beautiful castel with super friendly and professional staff we had an amazing stay. The breakfast by the garden is stunning everything was perfect. I totally recommend. We haven’t tried the restaurant but I’m sure it’s a must go.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Beaune, in a 12th century monastery near the Hostel de Beaune. We have a cute and stylish room, tastefully decorated. The service is very good, with a lot of personal attention. The restaurant under the old vault was amazingly beautiful, but it was quickly ”completed”. Conditions must also allow climbing up ancient and rather steep stairs. But the whole thing is an experience.

The hotel is a good hotel for another time as I like. The hotel is easy to access from the motorway only 5 minutes away and with a large parking. The village is very quiet in the countryside. Excellent welcome at our arrival, staff at small care. Simple and good kitchen and very reasonable prices.

A pleasant experience, which could improve is breakfast, has little variety.

Well, very well maintained, but small, close to the views.
