Some areas were very dated, could do with an upgrade. However our room was adequate, very spacious with basics, I.e hairdryer, coffee machine (which we couldn't figure out). Bed was extremely comfortable. The biggest let down for us was we were kept awake by the music and singing. It was incredibly loud. We couldn't sleep it was so loud so we turned the TV on, couldn't hear that, all we could hear was the singing and music. I went to reception twice to ask when it would go off, both times I was told it would be off very soon but it wasn't, it went on a lot longer than they said. Even when it went off we couldn't get to sleep for a long time as we were expecting it to start up again. It was good for guests to have entertainment on but not at the expense of guests paying £150 first one night plus £24 first breakfast who couldn't relax in the room.
The service is very good. There are disposable paper cups. You can also store your luggage for free. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic. It is less than ten minutes' walk from the train station. The beach is right outside the hotel and it is close to all the attractions.
Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Bull Hotel on the 12th August 2025. We were lucky with the weather and sat outside for drinks and food in the lovely outdoor area. It has been very well designed. We enjoyed our food although oufc1st choices were not available. Our little dog was made very welcome. The room was really nicely decorated and furnished with lovely extra touches. We had a really good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. In fact, we returned on our return journey and enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner outside in the garden. Would definitely recommend.
I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The food and drink options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.
The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!
Good things:
- Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk.
- Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm.
- hotel is dog friendly
- amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc
Not so good things:
- Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor
- Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all.

KKseniaMy dad and I stayed at Bryn Y Don in Llandudno, and it was lovely! The location is spot-on—really close to the promenade and the pier and everything we wanted to see. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was served right on time every morning, and it was tasty and fresh. Overall, very nice place to stay at.
GGuest UserGreat traditional hotel in a prime location near Snowdonia. Huge room nice breakfast and friendly staff. Slight gripe on rarity of hot water in the room which needs to be fixed but overall a really relaxing 3-night break in central North Wales giving great access to this beautiful region.
