I consider my next stay at this hotel to be successful, on the day of my arrival a powerful storm passed over the city which caused a system failure but thanks to the great reception service I did not even feel it, really good job and full professionalism, and breakfast. I recommend

Fantastic. You certainly know what you're getting when you book to stay here. Always very clean. Breakfast included and good value for the price of our overnight stay. Staff were all very pleasant and responsive to our requests as well as our simple greetings. A good stop off point on our drive from South Yorkshire to South Wales.

Although the location is conveniently located next to my office and they provide restaurant, bar, golf and spa services, the room maintenance is poorly lacking. In the bathroom, tiles regrouting are required, silicone joint replaced and radiator replaced. In the room, the window closure is not tight leaking warmth, the carpet is stained. However, it had all the essential amenities one would expect, including a comfortable bed, TV, coffee-making facilities, and a clean bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was a plus for staying connected. One aspect that stood out was the breakfast offered at the hotel. The front desk staff was very unprofessional, set two rooms, the room was not on the same floor, and it was far away. I changed the room card and couldn't open the room door. Send the courier to the daughter to change the school uniform, and place a good order on the courier website. The courier will pick it up the next day, because we have to participate in the activities at the school the next day, communicate with the front desk to put the school uniform at the front desk to help the courier, and the front desk is also full of promises, but the courier will pick it up at the front desk the next day. The front desk even told the courier that there was no... It was speechless, and I drove back to the hotel to pick up the courier and drove more than 20 kilometers to mail it out.

Lovely Hotel, definitely stay again but not in the room given to me , I had emailed and called in advance for a lower floor as I have 2 miniature dachshunds, I was very surprised to be at the very top of 6 flights of stairs no lift ! Court yard room next time .

Fabulous manor, grounds splendid.  Rooms lovely so welcoming.  Service great and restaurant lovely food fabulous.  Breakfast was lovely.  Just perfect.  I’ve stayed here over many years and watched it being transformed by many owners . A lovely stay.

The hotel environment is very good. There is a bar on the first floor. The wine is very cheap. There is a charge for laundry service. There is a kettle and a mini bar. I will consider staying here again next time I go on a business trip.
