Our stay at the Caldera Hotel was truly memorable. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and a special thanks to Sofia and her wonderful team who made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to help with everything made the experience even more special.
The atmosphere, views, and overall care from the staff were simply outstanding. I would highly recommend Caldera Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay!
The blue-domed church is at the doorstep, and the beach is just past it. It's very convenient. Because we arrived too late, the boss came to pick us up. We waited inside while he waited outside. Then the phone call didn't go through or get through, so we could only find a hotel nearby to stay for one night. The boss was very good and didn't charge me for the car fare. The room was very clean and big, with a small kitchen, which was very convenient.
While the hotel isn't located in Oia or Fira, it's situated on the edge of the caldera, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The views are stunning, making it perfect for those with plenty of time and a short vacation. A bus service runs directly to Fira, a 20-minute drive away, making transportation convenient. The hotel's service was excellent. We printed out the bus schedule in advance, and the front desk staff provided detailed information about attractions and arranged travel arrangements. They were very considerate. If you ran out of drinking water in your room, you could ask for more. The breakfast was varied and well-prepared, with a wide selection of fruits. Breakfast ended at 11:00 PM. The breakfast restaurant overlooked the Aegean Sea and was a delight. The evening menu was also excellent and worth trying, though the prices are a bit high. The small garden outside the garden-view rooms was clean and comfortable for soaking up the sun. The only downside was the lack of a gym and a rather small pool.
About 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal but only a minute walk to the beach and the many cafes, beachfront restaurants and mini supermarkets.Very clean hotel and room with all toiletries except toothbrush. Very clean bedsheets and towels and Very comfortable bed. High recommended to stay in this hotel and the hotel was gracious to present a gift personally handcrafted by the owner's wife. Had an excellent stay. Thank you
I would consider this the best hotel on the island. It is exceptionally clean and modern. I highly recommend booking with the breakfast option, as it offers an incredible variety of choices. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. The pool area is outstanding, boasting a large pool and a fantastic cocktail bar!
We stayed for 4 night. Location was perfect, just 1 min from port. Staff was kind and helpful but housekeeping team was a bit early. They waited at the room door at 8.30 and asked if we want cleaning. Breakfast was nothing special, yet the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. We couldnt use the beach side because of the wind and waves but it would be perfect on a nice weather.

GGuest UserTo be very honest, Akrotiri Hotel was not one of my favourite hotels throughout my stay in Greece. Paros is a dreamy island for sure, but not having a car might make it difficult for you to visit places from Akrotiri Hotel itself as there were no shuttle provided to the town. Every place around was a uphill hike or a steep downhill. At least they provided shuttle to and from the port as promised. There were insects around the room and mosquitos too, as it is a hotel surrounded by nature. The service was good as they pointed out places for us to visit and dine. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and was the only person that was willing to go above and beyond without any compensation in mind. Maybe because it was relatively new, there was not much facilities around the hotel. The room was tiny and the bathroom was even tinier, the shower head was busted and the storage space limited. Our room was a basement kind of place with people walking by early in the morning and late at night. I mean, it's a little bit depressing at times. Luckily there was the pool area, but the pool was only open from 10am to 7pm, which was crazy given the fact that sunrise was quite early in Paros like 6am and sunset was around 8pm. This pool closing so early and opening so late was really a bummer as I don't get to swim early in the morning or after a day trip out and about. All in all, as I said, it's not the best for its price point.
Ccici9090I first stayed at this hotel almost 11 years ago, and it was my top choice again for my second visit to Oia. Its location is fantastic, right at the entrance to Oia town, which means you can head out for a stroll daily and effectively avoid the crowds. Despite 11 years passing, nothing about the hotel feels outdated. The lobby is quite small, like a tiny library, and the public areas, guest rooms, and pool are still beautiful. The breakfast restaurant offers a great view, though it's a bit cramped. The food tastes pretty good, the room cleaning is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly!
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Myconian Villas in Mykonos with my family for 6 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The service was warm, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive.
The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views of the sea. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the private pool was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island’s sunset views.
One highlight for us was the shisha service—it was excellent, with great quality, lots of flavor options, and served in such a relaxing atmosphere. It added an extra touch of luxury to our evenings.
What stood out most overall was the attention to detail. Every request we had was handled quickly, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and special. The location was also ideal—close enough to enjoy Mykonos town, but still private and peaceful when we wanted to unwind.
Overall, Myconian Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Mykonos, and I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit to the island.
GGuest UserPositives:
- Good free breakfast with continental options and some cooked options (eggs)
- Pool well maintained
- Gentleman at reception was super helpful in giving directions and recommendations
- Room was clean and the complex is nice, with lots of plants and trees
- About 15 min walk into Parikia and 15 min walk down to the beach
Negatives:
- The room requires the key to be plugged in for the power to work. This meant that our food in the fridge became warm and expired which was frustrating. Recommend Panorama looks at ensuring the fridge can continue working even if the key isn’t plugged in.
- Wifi only works in the reception area and not in rooms, by the pool or the restaurant area
- We had to ask for bath towels, bath mats and blankets every day as the cleaner kept forgetting to provide these
- The shower sprays water everywhere so the bathroom becomes very wet and the shower curtain sticks to you while you are showering
- While it isn’t a long walk to Parikia, there is basically no footpath so it is dangerous (particularly at night) when walking to and from
- Power outlets should be in more convenient locations - these were all up high and we had to use chairs etc to charge our phones on
GGuest UserMy four-day stay at Anatoli Hotel in Naxos was wonderfully quiet and authentic! The hotel is charming and immaculately clean. It is located in a residential area just outside the town centre. The location is ideal - only a short walk to a small supermarket, good restaurants, a bakery and pharmacy. It is a fifteen minute easy walk to the centre of town. The hotel itself is quaint and decorated in a minimalist Greek-island style. My room was airy and very comfortable, with a spotless en-suite bathroom, a large flat-screen TV, and excellent wi-fi. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of variety to suit all tastes and diets. The property also offers transfer services at an additional cost, a private swimming pool, and a surprisingly decent-sized gym for a small hotel. The whole place feels genuinely Greek and very well cared for. The owners manage the hotel and are hands-on in ensuring very high standards of service. Stavros, Polyxeni, Maria and Kostas take great pride in their hotel. Communication with some staff members is a challenge due to the language barrier. Overall, a calm, authentic and highly enjoyable stay in a very comfortable hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right under the windmill in Oia. It is a great location to watch the sunset. It is also very quiet. Someone will help you carry your luggage. The room is clean and tidy. The toiletries are the Greek brand apivita. They are very useful and I am attracted to them. They will also give you a set of Bulgari toiletries.
The lady at the front desk is kind and kind. She recommended restaurants on the island. The next morning, she learned that we were going to hike to Fira and had no time to eat breakfast. She asked the restaurant to prepare a simple meal in a hurry. The breakfast on the third day was also worth sitting down and eating slowly.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Breakfast is very good, location is close to the port, if u don’t feel like renting a car, this hotel takes $ 20 euros to come from the port and you can just relax here. I mean a taxi. Hotel staffs are very helpful, we also enjoyed the beach just 5 min walk from the front of the hotel. Our room needs some improvement but you can book better room I’m sure, I booked mine in such last minute, got a room has garden view not sea view, but it is at the main bldg we do not need to drag our big luggage onto slope or stairs, so I have no complaint about that. We had dinner at the hotel, lamb shank is excellent and not expensive, we paid more $ at Naoussa, and the food is actually better here, calamari is very good too. Only one issue I have is bug inside the room, I had to call the reception lady to come inside my room to help me kill a bug in the bathroom. Well, I live in Florida with tropical garden settings, I am not surprise to see bugs, but inside a hotel room is not quite good. Overall I would give 4 star, that bug took away the one star.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay here. The owner and their family were very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home. Their one-year-old daughter was absolutely adorable and always brightened our day.
Although the hotel is located on a hillside rather than in the town center, the location is very convenient. It is close to the center and well positioned for exploring the island, with most attractions just a short drive away.
There is a large supermarket right across the street, which was very convenient, and a nice bakery nearby with a beautiful sea view. Plaka is just a few minutes away uphill, and Sarakiniko is also very close by.
The view from the hotel is excellent. You can see a large part of the island from the property, and the night sky is beautiful.
The focaccia served at breakfast was delicious and something we looked forward to every morning.
The room was spacious (it has balcony, sofa and also kitchen!) and offered great value for the price.
Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again if we return to Milos.
RReddineyeoThe room itself was clean but definitely felt pretty dated. It’s in need of some modernising, but considering the package price we paid, it was perfectly fine and functional for what we needed.
However, the kitchenette in our Standard Room was quite low standard. It really wasn't well-equipped or inviting enough for actual meal prep. Because of this, we decided not to cook at all during our stay. If having a functional kitchen is important to your trip, We did however had a great breakfast daily and would recommend it as there was quite a huge spread. I highly recommend choosing your room category very wisely or upgrading. If you get a good package price, it is a very clean and friendly place to stay in a prime location. Just don't count on the basic kitchenette!
We had a great breakfast daily and would recommend it as there was quite a huge spread.
