Hotel in the outermost of Torino but practical access in car. Parking free in front of the hotel and paying indoor. nice home, clean hotel and right breakfast. Excellent quality price ratio. I recommend for a weekend if you have a car to move.
Environment: It is a cozy and relaxing environment. The overall environment is very good. The breakfast is simple but not casual. There is a beautiful lake and island view across the street. The breakfast is very comfortable.
A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We spent 3 nights in the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was very tidy and cosy. There is a tram station just across the street but if you're aiming to get to the center you can also take a walk along the river.
I liked this hotel very much. Clean, quiet, cozy. Good breakfast. Not too far from Porta Nuova train station. A good option price/ quality. I will definetely stay there on my next trip to Turin
Nice hotel, warm, convenient location. Excellent breakfast, there is cold cuts and cheese, cereals, various pastries and jams, eggs, yogurt and fruit. Delicious coffee from the machine, there is cocoa and decaffeinated coffee.
Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

Very Good
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
YYoshie CampbellWell what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
GGuest UserThe hotel pick-up and drop-off service is very good. After calling the hotel, the car came quickly. The front desk of the hotel is also very polite. The room is fairly clean, but the bathroom facilities can be better, there is some smell. There is a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the hotel also has a cute cat. In general, it is a good choice for passengers who need to transit at Malpensa Airport.
GGuest UserI rarely write, but I wanted to say thank you here! I liked everything...especially the breakfast! Very extensive and delicious! They really pleased me with one of the best in recent times. Well done
AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

MmcpoThe following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 108 that day. Hotel location: I stayed in Italy for one day. The transportation here is convenient and I need a car from the hotel to pick me up. Hotel facilities: Please see the pictures for yourself. They were taken when I checked in that day. See the pictures for bedding and linens. The bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: See the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into wet and dry areas. Breakfast: I didn’t eat it because I had an early flight, so I don’t know. But I had a buffet at my own expense. It was very good and I was very satisfied. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were very considerate during my stay. From the installation car to picking me up at the airport, the driver was also very nice. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in. I will stay here again after get off work.

GGuest UserCheck in staff didn’t even understand English. But polite. It’s not really worth the price. Room is very simple and do not even provide free water. When asked about the drinks in the room he said all chargeable but no price list. Small breakfast, nothing much but chef is kind and friendly.
