Pet-friendly Hotels in Piedmont, Italy

The room was quite spacious, but very basic and noticeably dated. The duvet was also quite thin. The bed felt a bit saggy, probably due to its age. Breakfast was pretty standard: bread, fruit, cereal, and 3-4 simple dishes – enough to fill you up. The service was friendly. Overall, it's a good value-for-money option.

A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Ho soggiornato insieme ad altri 3 amici in un quadrupla nella Baita 2, vi erano 2 camere con letti matrimoniali e un bagno in mezzo che le divideva. La camera era più o meno carina: poche prese da poter usare (ci siamo arrangiati con la ciabatta), nella seconda camera il letto matrimoniale arrivava quasi attaccato al muro (letteralmente a mala pena ci si passava), camera piena di umidità sulle pareti, bajour nella prima matrimoniale non funzionanti, io bagno almeno era moderno e carino Bella la sala della colazione anche se quando siamo arrivati noi c'era ben poco e un ricarico di roba lo si poteva fare (la colazione era fino alle 10), molto bella anche la reception e la sala con i divanetti Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno sufficiente, contando che dovevamo stare una sola notte ci siamo adattati

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

Booked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station. Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24

Structure from the strategic position for work trips in the province of Cuneo. The staff is young, friendly and professional, the rooms are modern and very clean, provided with everything necessary for the stay. The international breakfast is rich and tasteful, very recommended!

The hotel is located at the heart of happenings, restaurants, museums, exhibitions and shopping malls. The building is historical, the interior is with modern minimalist design with a touch of classics, such as its beautiful wooden floor and doors. The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy ”Buongiorno” every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

Helpful, attentive, and professional staff. Nice atmosphere. Excellent parking. Nice and clean rooms. Abundant and generous breakfast. Excellent. The extremely unfair and disappointing policy is the request for an extra €25 at check-in (and not specified during the booking process) for the second person's stay, even though I specifically booked (on ***********) a DOUBLE ROOM FOR TWO ADULTS!!!
