This was a really good hotel to stay in. First impressions weren’t great as we didn’t even recognise reception but after that everything was good. The staff are all young and really willing to help. A special shout out to Mai. We had a larger room which gave us some space and we had the most comfortable pillows of our whole three week trip. The towels were soft too, the shower was excellent and there were lots of pegs to use to hang things. We did all our washing and drying for a nominal fee which was useful. The breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. The hotel was in a good location, not far from a station.

Everything was fine, good place, helpful host, convenient location.
Although the space is quite small, but unlike other Japanese rooms it's not very well organized, which makes it feel a bit cramped (especially the kitchen area). It will be better to put a small table near the bed, add a shoehorn and laundry detergent.

Location is a little far from the station, acceptable
The room does not provide slippers, the floor is a bit dirty, wipe the area that will move with disinfectant wipes, the convenience store around just don't have slippers to sell, and the first night you have to tiptoe to buy slippers at the department store.
There are hangers but there is no good way to hang clothes in the room
There is a fitness room downstairs, which is a bonus item.
Administrator's message response speed is fast, commendable

The hotel's location was ideal, almost right next to the anime merchandise area we planned to visit, just a few minutes' walk away. For our trip, primarily focused on shopping and pilgrimage, it was practically perfect, saving us a significant amount of travel time and money.
As for the room itself, it was generally comfortable and clean, but the only minor drawback that made us a little uneasy was the room's password. The password seemed too simple, like the room number or a common combination of numbers, which made us wonder: could such an easily guessed password be easily solved by others? Although everything went smoothly during our stay, a more complex and randomized password would have made us feel more secure.
Although our itinerary was tight, we didn't actually use the hotel's gym, but we made a point of glancing inside as we passed by. The space looked bright and spacious, and the equipment seemed quite complete, from treadmills and stationary bikes for cardio to weight training machines, all kept very clean. For travelers with ample time or those who regularly exercise, this would be a huge plus.
Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience. The location is definitely its biggest advantage. If the security details of the door locks could be improved, it would be almost perfect.
My friends and I came to Japan for National Day, and we specifically chose to stay in a five-star hotel for a day. This place had good reviews, and it looked like it had a great view directly facing Osaka Castle.
When we arrived, it was evening. At the lobby, they took all our luggage. We just had to go upstairs to check in. The staff brought our luggage directly to our room.
The front desk needed passports for everyone and a deposit. I heard that credit card refunds can be slow, so I opted for a cash deposit. The accommodation tax was directly deducted the next day.
The room was really spacious! And since there were three of us, the hotel set up a third bed by the window. The capsule coffee in the mini-bar was free, but there was a price list for everything else. There was a surprising amount of water in the room.
The bathroom was huge, with separate wet and dry areas, and a large bathtub. They provided three bathrobes and even separate spring/summer pajamas in the drawer. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner all smelled lovely.
We also made sure to check out the gym. One of my friends woke up early the next day to work out (so dedicated!). You need your room key card to enter the gym. It was very clean, had a good selection of equipment, and even complimentary fruit.
The swimming pool seemed to require reservations, and since we didn't bring swimsuits, we didn't go.
For breakfast the next day, you just give your room number and then there's a menu to order from, with both Western and Chinese options. I ordered fried eggs with sausage, and my friend had the Japanese set. Other items like bread, pastries, coffee, and yogurt were self-service, but I thought the taste was just average.
Oh! One thing I thought was really great was that my friend got her period and stained the bedding. When we checked out, I asked the front desk if there would be a cleaning fee, and they said it was absolutely fine! That was really good. Plus, they even had a Chinese-speaking front desk staff, so communication was seamless.

The location of the place was great. It had its own laundry area and also a larger laundromat 50m away. The gym was small but honestly very impressive with cables, free weights and ample space for 1-2 people. The check in process was pretty straight forward and they had a PDF ready for us to start. The apartment was nice and tidy. We did find some hair on the sink though. Unfortunately, we bought food to cook/ store and we found the freezer did not keep our frozen products frozen and furthermore, the stove had no gas/ wasn’t working. We had to make our eggs in a cup in the microwave. With that being said, we’d 100% recommend this place again for a short stay Osaka. These short comings could easily be fixed and finding another place like this for the price would be rather difficult.

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. It's clean and quiet. There's an elevator in the building, but it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station. The signal is intermittent when entering the building. The Wi-Fi is a bit choppy, like the room has a weak signal. But overall, it's okay. There's a family room nearby. You can walk to the Purple or Red Line (I don't remember exactly 😭).
In the seaside country, but the scenery is very beautiful, it is best to arrive at more than four o'clock in the afternoon, so you can watch the sunset, very beautiful, the grandfather is also very good

I've always loved the style of W Hotels, and choosing the W Osaka this time was definitely the right decision.
**Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive, truly befitting a five-star hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities were all fully equipped.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless, no complaints there.
**Environment:** The 'nightclub' vibe of the environment is fantastic! There are also many great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend the Blue Bottle Coffee downstairs. It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Namba, basically within walking distance. The subway is convenient too, and Daimaru is just across the street diagonally, making shopping very easy.
**Service:** Everyone was very enthusiastic, and most staff offered Chinese language service. English communication was also not an issue. I will definitely choose W Hotels in other locations in the future.

IIan soThis hotel is the best because you don’t have to check-in at 15:00. I took an early morning flight and it was easier to check in than I did. It is well-equipped and has a terrace. I personally like it better.
CCWe were able to use it fun.
I was grateful for the electric bicycle.
The negative point is that the surface of the tatami mats is a little deteriorated and adheres to the clothes.
It is good for large numbers of people.
