We were traveling independently from Macau, China to Malaysia. We spent 3 days in Kuala Lumpur and 2 days in Malacca. There were 8 of us sharing a room. We searched online for a long time and finally found this apartment by chance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect for us! No need to fight for the bathroom. The room was large and clean, recently renovated, with a nice environment and complete facilities. The only downside was that one of the small rooms had a water leak in the wall, as that wall faced the suite's bathroom. There was a mini bathroom hidden behind the door of the small room. All three bathrooms were equipped with hot water heaters, so hot showers were no problem. 👌 Although it's a walk-up building, the owner thoughtfully provided an electric chair for elderly guests. The owner is an overseas Chinese, so communication was seamless throughout. Check-in and check-out were completely self-service, and we communicated via WeChat. It was all about mutual trust; any issues were resolved immediately. 😊 Most importantly, there's a pharmacy downstairs owned by the owner, and a food street with restaurants everywhere. There's also a shopping mall/night market within a few hundred meters! And the price for such a large suite is very reasonable! Definitely worth staying here; a fantastic experience! 👍

Overall, it was very comfortable to live in. The house is very large and has two floors. It has a TV and a KTV. However, I don’t know how to use the KTV. I spent a long time researching it when I first started using it. I brought two small dogs here this time. They are pet-friendly. I prepared the items for the dogs. I have to pay a deposit of RM200 before check-in. It will be refunded after confirmation after check-out. The communication with the landlord was smooth. The location is very close to Chinatown. It is also very close to the Red House and can be reached on foot. The overall experience is very good! Will come back again! The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even though the homeowner lit mosquito coils, there were still mosquitoes and I got a few bites. I hope the homeowner will pay more attention to mosquito control in the future! Next, the room is close to the road. People who sleep on the side of the window can easily hear the sounds outside. People who sleep lightly are advised to stay away from the window! The bed is very comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness for me. Overall, it’s good. The price was about RM300 when I booked it, so the CP value is good! This time we are staying with 4 people, and the maximum number can be 6 people. The more people there are, the higher the CP value is! If the price hasn’t increased, I highly recommend it!

Spacious, clean & comfortable homestay for 10 persons and above. Location is convenient for a short walk to Melaka Raya area if you're the walking type. 5 mins walk to Newton Food Court. Otherwise, it's accessible to town area by car easily, depending on traffic conditions. It's right beside a Shell station, easy to find. Rooms were good, clean and place was well kept. If there's a miss, it's that it may be tough to park as it's right by the main road, so timing and direction from where you approach the house is crucial. There's a narrow alley by the side that can accommodate 3 cars, but make sure you leave enough space for bikes to pass as there are people living behind the property. All in all, nice place for big family gathering in Melaka.

The house is very clean, the parking space is large, there is mahjong for recreation It is very convenient to drive close to joker streets in less than 10 minutes!
