Pet-friendly Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

Fire alarm trigger at around 11.30pm Sept 13 2025. Thefe is no announcement what happened and guest walk out from the hotel building by themself. Some floor the emergency exit without lighting and in dark. This endanger the guest that trying to escape from the building. Hotel should have Emergency Response Team to handle firealarm that trigger today. Understand from the staff that its trigger by someone smoke in the room when asked. Hotel should have proper communicated to the guest on what have happen and to ensure guest comfortable to continue their stay.

It's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp. Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower. Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good. The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

Safety: The hotel has good security; there are no suspicious individuals. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with a full range of room amenities. Environment: The room offers beautiful views, overlooking Sunway Lagoon and the Pyramids. Service: The butler service is excellent.

Booked a two room unit. The great things - definitely the location. The good - premium price for premium apartments which are fully furnished. Clean and well maintained. The not so good - 1.Strange that Somerset was very generous in furnishing the apartment and yet the second room had no hairdryer nor ironing board. 2.The receptionist was also not very attentive. I had to stand there facing two of them who were talking to one another. Granted, they were discussing about another guest. But it would've been nice to be acknowledged and greeted even if I had to wait for another minute for them to complete what they were doing. 3. The living room ceiling fan was operating when in I checked in. The remote control was missing. I'd have thought housekeeping would notice and made a note. I reported to receptionist and during our two nights there the fan just spinned 24/7. Couldn't do anything.

There are no facilities for improvement...I have repeatedly complained about the temperature and condition of the air conditioner...

Pros : Great location for transit . Near ERL Salak Tinggi. Good services for hostel types accommodation. Cons : mix shared bathroom. No privacy for ladies. For muslim lady solo traveller , you might want to consider other options.

A different ambience, nearest to Paradigm Mall, restaurants, laundry shop and a convenience store within the residence area. Fast response from the owner. Keep it up 👍

Comfortable and spacious apartment for my family of 3persons. Situated at tropicana avenue, this apartment downstair have many cafe, restaurants, minimart, convenient store and even pharmacy. Walking 3minutes to St Joseph international school.

I booked a room for one night stay but felt disappointed cause it's not a room it's a studio actually cause the room got a glass door and see through from the living room totally no privacy

The service was excellent and very attentive. The homestay is conveniently located right in front of the jetty, which made getting around very easy. They also provide e-scooter rental services. The room was very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great stay!
