Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

Beautiful place. Magnificent location. Luxurious breakfast. Hotel's staff usually was very helpful - not perfect because one slim bald and three-day unshaven guy with glasses liked to direct me to using Internet for solution (and one his woman colleague said it once.) what is against of concierge's duty. A cleaner did her job wonderful but she could be more diligent because I detected hair in places and it could there where miss is impossible.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was warm. It was in a good enough location 5-10min walk to old town. The only two things that I didn't like were the shower, but it still worked also there was no place to sit and relax after a long day of walking or doing tours and have a drink or socialise. (Maybe there was an area and I didnt see it)

This is my second time here. The first time was amazing. I didn't expect there would be new surprises the second time. I love it❤️. There are many restaurants nearby and the food is great. I like it very much!

Except that the WiFi is always disconnected and the location is a bit far, everything else is good. It is a quasi-five-star standard in China, the room is big enough, and it has everything you need, such as a hardware safe and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with just the right softness and hardness.

Really nice hotel but it’s a little far from the old city. Trams in the area make it easier to travel that way. The hotel it self was really beautiful and had everything you’d want for a cozy stay.

The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.

The transportation is quite convenient. You can take the SKA1 directly from KRK Airport to Krakow Zablocie. You can also walk there by following the navigation. The environment is good, the breakfast and fruit are also good. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also take the SKA1 to the Salt Mine. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square. Wawel Castle takes a little longer to walk.

It serve the purpose, it's clean and tidy, there is free water at the reception that is always welcome, location it's very good. In the heart of the Jewish district

The hotel is located a little outside the city center. Getting to the center by public transport is time-consuming. The hotel is old, but has been partially renovated. Our room had two comfortable double beds. There were also bathrobes and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries from Rituals and NOT the usual Accor brand. The bathtub was slippery, however. The breakfast was OK, but not great. The pool was small and the water was quite cold.
