SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

GGuangpuThe room had a strong sense of history and was very clean. It's located right in the Old Town, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. You can see the church from the room window. A special tip: definitely choose the hotel breakfast! It's delicious, offers a great selection of traditional Polish food, and is absolutely worth enjoying. The only downside is that the hotel parking costs an additional PLN 100 per night, which is a bit pricey. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with everything else.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out.
I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025.
The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive.
Highly recommended for location and experience.

GGuest UserCheck-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

GGuest UserEverything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

GGuest UserOttima ubicazione per raggiungere facilmente i punti salienti della città. La struttura è un po’ datata e senza condizionatori e ascensore. Per fortuna le temperature erano accettabili e abbiamo occupato il secondo piano. Però tutto sommato ci ritornerei per l ubicazione .

AAnonymous UserStayed here for 3 nights. The front lady was super friendly and suggested us to many must-go places. This hotel is more like an apartment and the location is quite good. Unfortunately, bolt cannot get inside this area since it is an old town so we need to drag our luggages to the nearest pinned location around 5-min walk and the street is mostly a stone. Local taxi advanced reservation is suggested if you have luggages. Contact the hotel if needed, they are willing to help! :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the station, but be aware that the entrance pictured can be hard to find. The staff are friendly. The room was private, but I think it was one of three rooms, sharing a toilet and shower. As is common in Europe, the only amenity was shower gel. I wasn't sure if I could borrow a hairdryer. Noise from above and next door was a bit noticeable. The biggest advantages are its proximity to the bus terminal right in front and the train station.

AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
