Nice staff, they were very friendly. The room was clean. We selected two single beds as our preference. The receptionist asked us if we wanted two single beds as the bed was made to be a double bed. They were willing to separate the bed for us.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would choose to stay here again.

Such a lovely hotel so central in cascais. Its new and done v well, and v clean. The restaurant is stunning. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Made our stay more than pleasant. Rooms are spacious with gorgeous lightings and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend

The location is very convenient, close to the subway entrance. The newly renovated room has convenient facilities, good hot water, and comfortable beds. The front desk and restaurant waiters are very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. There are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to eat.

This hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel. The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities. The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet. In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one.
