Its location is definitely its biggest advantage. Just cross the street to the market, and you're right on Waikiki Beach's main strip, where you'll find everything – beautiful scenery, food, drinks, and shopping. Plus, there's a Target supermarket right across from the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing food and drinks.
The breakfast is capped at $20 per person, which usually gets you a sandwich and a coffee, not including the tip. It's not a buffet, which was a bit disappointing.

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area which was convenient. However, the shower and bathtub were combined and felt a bit cramped and inconvenient, but it was manageable. The soundproofing was quite poor; even though we weren't near the elevator, I could clearly hear people coming and going next door. The service was neither particularly good nor bad. The hotel's location is excellent, with shopping and dining options just a short walk away.

Very good location, lots of bar and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and cool. The housekeeping is on point, and there’s also a laundry in the hotel. The parking is quite expensive though (around 67$) so we canceled our car.
It’s our second time here, we will definitely choose Ohia waikiki hotel again

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel's location is excellent, but the room was tiny. There were no slippers provided, which was quite uncomfortable for me walking around barefoot. The American breakfast was pretty terrible for a Chinese palate, and this hotel was no exception. Of course, as long as Americans like it, that's what matters, considering it's in the U.S. The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs $55 per night.

Nice hotel in the heart of Honolulu.
The room was spacious, but unfortunately the view from the balcony was of the neighboring building and there was no elevator.
Check-in took quite a long time and the bartender was also quite grumpy.
The rest of the staff was very friendly.
All in all, we would come again.

The location is good because it is right in front of Waikiki
There was no bug in the room I stayed in and cleanliness was good
However, the room card key didn't work well (going back and forth at the front desk 3) The staff helped me quickly
The staff is good at the front desk 24 hours a day and the security is good.
(After 6 pm, the hotel entrance itself has a room card key.)
Not only was the beach towel pretty, but it was comfortable to rent a tube, a mat and a beach chair :D

Great location, easy to access foods, shopping and entertainment. Short walk to Waikiki Beach. 2 things I dislike about - i was given a room with no desk, charging my phone and watch is just troublesome. The room is on 21th floor, I literally need to take 2 rounds of elevator each time I go to my room or leave the room, just not convenient. Lastly, driving back to the hotel parking after dinner or an evening event is simply a painful experiencd, I have to drive few rounds up and down of different level, waiting patiently to get a space to park the car, and guess what it cost me $46 per day…

I was a bit skeptical about the feel of the area and the hotel, but everything worked great. The location is perfect and about a five minute walk from the beach. The room was clean when I entered, and set to 61 degrees F. The room looks a bit dated, but the hot water is superb and the bed comfortable. For the price point, this is an amazing value in Waikiki.

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. However, the room was incredibly tiny, barely fitting a bed with just enough space to squeeze by. The bathroom smelled like vomit, and it stank for all three days of our stay. There are only three elevators, so going up and down often involved a long wait. Breakfast was included, but it was served on an outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor, making it really hard to find a seat to eat. We were exposed to the wind and rain, and if it suddenly rained, we'd get soaked.

煙煙燻紅鯡魚I went to Fern Forest Getaway after my visit to Volcano. It's kinda remote, and the road conditions are bad. But the landlord was quite friendly and showed us around the house. Facilities were quite old but expected as it's cheap. 4/5
Dragonfly Ranch is a magical place. Barbara and her team are amazing people who made us feel like friends. Those who love nature, spiritual healing, and an otherworldly place to relax will enjoy their time here.
