The location of the hotel is really close to waikiki beach 10 min walk , grab your coffee on the way and go to the beach , the hotel staffs are amazing, very helpful, supportive, friendly, every single one of them , this is really important as a solo traveller I had so many questions and inquiries and they helped me to solve everything in an instance. They even have weights to weigh my luggage before the flight. The room had a stunning balcony, everything so clean, no smell no mold, everything was working , the AC , the mini fridge, they even gave me a kettle because i said I loved having coffee in the morning. They have tours as well , activities like hula dancing , Lei making, there is an ABC store for your water , fruits , snacks , sunscreen . Very convenient .
I Highly recommend this hotel.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

The location is great! It's situated on a commercial street just two blocks from Waikiki Beach, so it's super close to the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch; the staff were very warm and attentive. The environment is lovely, and there's even a bubble pool on the first floor to enjoy. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with the street traffic, but having a small balcony to enjoy the view more than makes up for it! It's just so convenient, and the price is reasonable too!

I was a bit skeptical about the feel of the area and the hotel, but everything worked great. The location is perfect and about a five minute walk from the beach. The room was clean when I entered, and set to 61 degrees F. The room looks a bit dated, but the hot water is superb and the bed comfortable. For the price point, this is an amazing value in Waikiki.

It was cheapest hotel for 170$ per night in Honolulu. Room clean and have everything you need.
If in normal city can say that price for such place should be 30$, but Hawaii it’s Hawaii.
Can recommend this hotel, but not recommend to visit Hawaii - there much better places for less price in the world

We were given Room 08 in the Ewa building, and the balcony view was exactly as pictured. Even though we were on a high floor, we could still faintly hear the lively party music at night, but it didn't bother our sleep. I'm not sure if it would be an issue for lower floors. Getting to the beach was super convenient – just cross the street, turn right, and you're there. The waves on this part of the beach are very gentle and consistent, so I'd recommend renting a board and heading out. The hotel providing beach towels and chairs was a nice touch and very convenient. The room itself was quite spacious, and while it felt a bit dated, the restroom and bathroom had been renovated with updated fixtures, including a Japanese toilet. The only downside is that the bathroom space felt a bit cramped.

This hotel is super convenient as you can take the 'W' line bus directly from Honolulu Airport. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, and it's located on a street lined with famous Waikiki hotels. Royal Hawaiian Center is also within walking distance. There are ABC Stores, supermarkets, and a DEAN & DELUCA on the first floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences all nearby. I've stayed here several times.
I chose a twin room, and it came with two queen-sized beds, which was very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but if you turned it off and used the ceiling fan, it was still cool enough. The bathroom had a bathtub, and while there wasn't a hand shower, adjusting the water temperature was easy, so it wasn't an issue. The cleaning was thorough, and the room was spotless. The hairdryer was in a black bag inside the closet.
They provided a capsule coffee maker with both coffee and tea capsules, which was a nice touch. There was also a refrigerator, microwave, and iron. While there's no bottled mineral water service in the room, there's a free water dispenser next to the front desk where you can fill your own bottle or cup. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the taste was good. Given the high cost of living in Hawaii, I was very satisfied with the reasonable stay here.

We were on the 11th floor, and the water pressure was excellent! I'm not sure why some reviews mentioned low water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel (for those who aren't obsessed with ocean views), because our balcony faced the ocean. If an ocean view is a must-have for you, then you might want to look elsewhere. Out of the three Hilton hotels we stayed at in Hawaii this trip, this one offered the best value for money. The only downside was that they called at 9:30 AM to remind us that check-out was at 11 AM? And then around 10 AM, someone knocked on the door asking if we wanted housekeeping. It was a bit odd, but besides that, the hotel was perfect. Parking was $65 a night, which is more expensive than the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay and the Disneyland Hotel (where it was $40-45) that I've stayed at. The beach is just one block away from the hotel. If I go back, this will be my top choice; the value for money is really good.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to any place in WAIKIKI. It is very close to the lake, so you can walk or run. The hotel has a small swimming pool, a small gym, and a lobby to receive guests. There is also a place to work. It is relatively quiet. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and upgraded our room for free. The room was originally on the 3rd floor, but it was upgraded to the 8th floor with a view of the lake. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, as well as plates and cutlery.

Arrived in Hawaii super early this time. I'd asked my Ctrip Black Diamond concierge to contact the hotel in advance to see if an early check-in was possible (US hotels typically have late check-in and early check-out, which can be a pain). I didn't have high hopes, but when I got to the front desk around 10 AM, they actually let me check in! And they even upgraded us to a suite.
The room was, needless to say, huge. Both the fixtures and furnishings were excellent. There were disposable slippers and even disposable toothbrushes. The kitchenware and tableware were very complete and functional. The dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and other appliances were all good quality. They even had a proper duvet and a smart toilet (it barely felt like a US hotel, haha).
Parking is quite expensive (valet parking is the only option at $55 per day, and it's best to tip every time you get your car). But I suppose most hotels in Waikiki are similar... nothing you can really do about it.

Very Good
AAbuzabi-kakaIt was a very good vacation experience. Every employee in the restaurant and guest rooms was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. Members received a free room upgrade. The food in the restaurant was good and the whole family liked it. We will continue to stay here next time.
煙煙燻紅鯡魚I went to Fern Forest Getaway after my visit to Volcano. It's kinda remote, and the road conditions are bad. But the landlord was quite friendly and showed us around the house. Facilities were quite old but expected as it's cheap. 4/5
GGuest UserThe hotel has no walls or wooden boards, it is just surrounded by anti-mosquito sand nets, and there are curtains around the bed. It's still a bit cold in January. The shower is outdoors, with a curtain, and it's a bit cold, so it's not convenient. The air in the forest is good and the chirping of insects is pleasant. Breakfast is very simple, bread, boiled eggs, and some fruit. I don’t like it a bit but I don’t feel full. The novelty is quite good, a bit like camping. Don't come with children, they are scared, and people here go to bed early and require quietness. The kids were bored and had to be quiet.
