This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!
Just off the highway. The hotel facilities are also very new and clean. I have always felt that holiday inn is excellent in the same price range. The environment is also very quiet, and no high-speed sounds can be heard.
Hotel hardware is good. The room and bathroom are large and very comfortable. The location is far from Madison City. It takes more than 20 dollars to take a taxi to Madison. The peak period is more than 30 dollars. Breakfast is OK. The price is about 20 dollars.
The hotel has a large parking lot with free parking. There is a large shopping mall within 100 meters, which is a large business district and very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is a typical American country villa style with an elegant and clean environment. I like the long and large desk. The lobby always has hot water, coffee, and ice water, but no fruit. The breakfast is not bad and rich. The gym is relatively small. The price is very affordable and the overall cost performance is relatively high.
The hotel room is very new, the bathroom is fully equipped and modern, the front desk service is very good, the hotel is built by the river, the river view room is very good, and the next time you need it, you will be fixed.
Room needs to be cleaned, we found sunglasses and other items under bed, toilet was dirty under the rim. We saw mold in the bathroom also. The number of outlets in the room is not enough at all or close to where is needed.
It's in downtown, but there's practically nothing around.
The Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel opens at 6:30am.
There was hair left in the room and it felt a bit unsanitary.
The hotel is very good, facilities, staff, breakfast, the best thing for a smoker is the small door extending in all directions, you can reach the outdoor smoking by pushing it open, it's great! Naturally comes with a laundry room which is great!

SSAID ULSo everything was nice, near the airport, clean and peaceful, but amenities.….. Ahh.. Sorry to say, no slippers were provided, not even water, not even shampoo… not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. The location was perfect.
GGuest UserFriendly staff and nice location. Unfortunately our room had an odd odor and was very damp, even though they had a small dehumidifier in it. The fitness center advertised was also Out of Order. The bed was comfortable, biggest issue was just the smell.
TTwo ThreeStayed here for a few nights and honestly had a great experience. The rooms were clean, staff was respectful, and the location made everything easy to get to. Check-in was quick and smooth too. Definitely worth the price and I’d stay again.
GGuest UserWhen we travel to Milwaukee to see family, we always stay at the Kempton Journeyman Hotel. It is located in the revitalized 3rd ward, stylish and comfortable. Love the rooftop bar!
GGuest UserThe one industrial looking outlet was weak and the only one by the bed. The ac kept shutting off along with the fan. And the floor was ridged and pinched my feet cause they weren’t glued down
GGuest UserMissing a light bulb, super bad pillows, one tiny piece of bar soap and tv remote didn't work with the TV. Didn't expect much when booked and received worse than that
廖廖The quilt, the pillow is very comfortable. But the sheets didn't seem to change. The room is a bit small. Good location, 19 minutes walk from the seafood market. It would be better if you can pay attention to hygiene.
