The hotel is clean, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and beyond expectations. It is a very satisfactory stay.
It's a 10-minute walk from the airport.
Thumbs up to the receptionist! She was very welcoming and even proactively contacted the taxi driver via voice message.
The room is quite large, with ample space to move around and relax. The furniture is tastefully arranged and gives a cozy and comfortable feel. The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.
This is a really nice hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely book this hotel again the next time
An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel. The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.
The location is excellent, close to Dhaka Airport and can be reached in 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are OK, but they pale in comparison to other Le Meridien hotels in other areas. The buffet on the 15th floor is also delicious. The only drawback is that the rent is very expensive compared to Bangladesh, a backward country.
The hotel is OK for business trips. The breakfast is rich and suitable for Chinese people, and dumplings with chicken and onion fillings are also available. The room does not require a conversion plug, and the DC power is 250V.
Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.
nice hotel offered me a complimentary room upgrade for nice and quiet room. Many thanks for a pleasant stay this time at your property and surely will choose you again for next biz visit.

GGuest UserThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.
TThongThe place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiEverything was simply delicious—from the food to the service to the overall vibe. UMPHHH! ✨ Five stars all the way!
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every meal was a highlight—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, and the entire property had a refreshing, modern feel.
Amari Dhaka truly knows how to deliver comfort, class, and culinary bliss. Can't wait to return!
AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Lakeside Heights, also known as The Olive Hotel, for 20 days. The rooms varied in quality, with some having various minor issues, which might be due to the hotel's older structure.
I can say that almost all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, except for one night when I requested a room change because it was too noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. Otherwise, all other staff members, whether at the front desk, security, or housekeeping, were very friendly and polite!
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and the gym was sufficient for basic needs, even having a dedicated staff member available for guidance and assistance, which was a great plus!

SSaikhnaa AmarsaikhanAn overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. YYoungSooI booked a 4-night, 5-day business trip for a business meeting. It is located in the center of Dhaka, Banani, so it is easy to travel to Gulchang or other areas. The price is cheap and the facilities are clean, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 nights and 5 days. The yogurt served for breakfast was Bangladeshi traditional yogurt (served in a traditional earthenware pot), so it was delicious and good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
