We booked a room through an app. When we arrived, the room matched the photos, but it felt awful. We arranged a room change at the front desk. We paid extra and moved into another room in a building closer to the pool. The service was purely 'Bengali service' (meaning, a certain level of service typical of that region, likely implying it wasn't great). Breakfasts were quite acceptable. The comfort of the bed and simply relaxing by the pool overshadowed all the minor inconveniences. We just had a good time with friends. It's worth visiting for a change of scenery and a different experience.
