Decent size room but there was a lot of problems with it, there was a giant Crack that went along the entire ceiling and the shower was very small because the tub was so oversized. TV was old and out dated, blackout curtains didn't close all the way so the day light would wake you up early. No device chargers in room compared to other hotels.

A very good business hotel, the front desk staff is polite and considerate, the room is clean and sanitary, the mattress is very comfortable, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. There are high-rise communities, Japanese-style parks, Indian and Japanese restaurants, and Southwest Chinese restaurants around. The accommodation environment is quiet, parking is convenient, safe, and convenient!

First of all, I’d like to start by saying that this hotel truly has one of the best locations on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. However, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon check-in, the front desk staff tried to upsell us to a “FULL VIEW” room. She kept repeating the word “Full View” and offered several options — 200, 250, 350 — without mentioning any currency. When I asked if there was a discount since I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member, she said she could reduce it to 180, and only then mentioned that it was in USD. I found that very confusing and misleading — we are in Canada, and unless clearly stated otherwise, I naturally expected the price to be in CAD. After some discussion, we decided to go ahead and paid an additional CAD 250 (equivalent to 180 USD) for the “FULL VIEW” upgrade. Our room was on the 40th floor (room 4001). But when we entered, we were quite disappointed to find that the main waterfall view was partially blocked by the building’s red roof structure, as shown in my attached photo. Paying that much extra for a partially blocked view felt very unfair. Later, I checked online (using a different date just for reference) and found that the upgraded room type was only around CAD 150 more on the website — which made me feel even more upset and taken advantage of. To be fair, all the lift and housekeeping staff we met were extremely kind, and our dinner at STK on the 9th floor was excellent — great food, service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the next morning was another big disappointment. Around 7–7:30 a.m., we were woken up by very loud construction noise — constant knocking, drilling, cutting, and buzzing sounds from above. We couldn’t rest at all. I called the front desk, and the staff apologized and explained that there was renovation work happening on the 41st floor, offering us a late check-out so we could “rest more.” But with the ongoing noise, that was simply impossible. What frustrated me most was that nobody mentioned this renovation during check-in, especially when the staff was actively encouraging us to upgrade the room. Since they were clearly aware of the noise situation, they should have informed us before we paid the upgrade fee — so that we could make an informed decision. I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary to keep a hotel in good condition. But the way this was handled showed a real lack of consideration for current guests. Starting such loud work early in the morning, without warning, is unacceptable. And upselling guests into rooms directly below an active construction floor without disclosure is even worse. Considering all of this — the misleading currency during the upsell, the blocked view, the inflated upgrade price, and the unbearable morning noise — I honestly felt that guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority here. It gave me the impression that the focus was more on making short-term profit than on building long-term trust or encouraging repeat stays.

The hotel room is very big and the lady at the front desk is very nice! In addition, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is of high standard, and there are outdoor hot springs and saunas. A very satisfying trip!

The Fairmont Chateau Laurier is an iconic landmark in Ottawa, offering a perfect blend of luxury, history, and charm. Guests can enjoy a guided tour of the hotel to uncover its rich heritage. Adding a unique touch to the experience is Stewart, the hotel's beloved canine ambassador. This friendly black Labrador retriever, once trained as a guide dog, now welcomes guests and has even inspired a children's book series titled ”Stewart: King of the Castle”. The hotel features a beautiful indoor pool with a classic, historical ambiance, making it a serene retreat after a day of exploration. Its prime location places you steps away from Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, and the bustling ByWard Market, with museums and other major attractions within easy walking distance. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the Fairmont Chateau Laurier delivers an exceptional and memorable stay.

The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍

Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

Considering the price abroad, hotels are usually quite standard, and this one was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. We had two nights with a beautiful waterfall view and one night overlooking the city. The waterfall itself was absolutely stunning. I'd recommend at least a two-night stay to truly soak it all in at a leisurely pace.

FFengtangshuitaExcellent location, right next to the Parliament. Parking is a bit inconvenient, but opting for valet parking is only $15 more than self-parking and incredibly convenient; they even help bring your luggage to the room. The housekeeping staff were all exceptionally friendly. This hotel exceeded my expectations, so I'm giving it a perfect score.

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Downtown Toronto is perfectly located at the heart of Toronto. Just nearby Yonge street which is the main street that passes thru Toronto and where all the main stores, restaurants, shops and attractions are located. In fact, it is also close to a big grocery Loblaws where you can get your food, toietries and souvenirs!!! We booked a Standard Double room via Trip for 2 night at just around 400 sgd. They allowed 4 adults here and surprisingly the Double beds were massive!!! We just took Uber from Union station but there are metro and trams the pass by here. Checkin was fast but they charge room deposits and for our 2 nights stay it was 100 cad. Our room was located at 12th floor and we have a view of Toronto’s skyline. The room was quite big at 18 sqm with breakfast and a bath tub nothing could get better than this for a 4 star hotel located at the heart of Toronto. The toilet is a bit small but enough to move around. They only offer plastic cups for toilet use and toothbrush is upon request. The towels are soft and clean and they gave us 4 sets. I loved their Dove toiletries hand wash, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner - its the powdery classic scent of Dove. Water pressure is strong and heating works perfectly and easy to control. They have a huge Wooden Grey open warddrobe with lots of cabinets and compartments that holds the mini-fridge, safety lock, clothes hangers, and luggage compartment. Next is the mini-bar with coffee maker, 2 free bottled water and complimentary coffee capsules. The only comment I have is that not all guests drink coffee so you have to request Water Kettle for hot water or other hot drinks. They also serve only paper cups for this. Next is the big flat screen TV that has lots of local and cable channels. Wifi is also a bit fast. The best part of the room are the 2 double beds which can feet 2 adults and they provide 2 pillows each!! The blankets are thick, clean, soft and comfy!!! The mattress are perfectly firm and soft. The pillows are fluffy and soft!!! My godson loves Hilton bed so much so that he excitedly jumped on to the beds the moment he saw them. There are jacket hangers on the wall by the window and the window itself have blackout curtains and compartments. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and a spa/fitness center. We never tried them due to our short span of time. Finally, other than our room the best part of our stay at Hilton is their breakfast buffet!! We look forward to it during morning and they offer the finest selections of Western breakfast like the bacons, saugages (my fave), potatoes, scramble eggs, french toast, assorted breads and pastries, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, assorted cheese, coffee/tea/milk/juices, beans, granolas to name a few. Seating by the Xmas tree is the perfect spot to have our breakfast at their THIRTY restaurant & lounge which has modern vibes and very cool dining!! Checkout is also fast and smooth!! So there you go Hilton Toronto Downtown center is the perfect place to stay for your Toronto adventures & escapades!!! Highly recommended and a must try hotel here at the heart of Toronto’s downtown area!! See you soon Holiday Inn Toronto many thanks!!! 😊

CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

WWangconglongI chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.

GGuest UserWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
