I got upgraded to a Deluxe Supreme room for my business trip. The room was very spacious, perfect for a family of three, and even had a bathtub. My child loved soaking in it after playing outside all day. However, the stone base in the shower stall was damaged, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I was satisfied with the room's facilities; it was comfortable for sleeping and didn't feel stuffy. As for the service, it's not comparable to HUAZHU Group hotels. The breakfast was a bit of a 'fake fancy' affair; while it looked like there was a variety, aside from the freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, the quality of everything else was very mediocre. Things like cakes, bread, and pan-fried dumplings were all pretty standard. So, don't set your expectations too high for breakfast, and it's definitely not worth paying extra for.

The room is well-equipped and warm, and the sanitary conditions are also very good, especially the breakfast in the western restaurant on the first floor, which has many varieties and choices. The children enjoyed the meal very much. The service of the lady at the front desk was particularly warm and polite during check-in and check-out.

There was a girl at the front desk who was really friendly. I saw her name on her ID card was Vita. She was not the kind of distant and polite staff, but really stood from our perspective to handle all problems for us. Because our mobile phone was not a mainland card and could not connect to WIFI, she studied it for a while and helped us connect successfully. When we checked in, she told us that the climate here was dry, and the room notified us to add more water. When we went downstairs to go out and asked her for information about the surrounding areas, she personally helped us show us the way and called a taxi for us. She also told us that there is a big temperature difference between morning and night in Xining, and we need to add more clothes when going out in the morning and evening. The places recommended to us are delicious and affordable. There is really no formatted feeling of staying in a hotel, just like the feeling of a child at home helping you arrange things. The only regret is that we didn't meet her again when we checked out, otherwise we should thank her in person.

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

The hotel is centrally located, facing the central square. Room windows offer stunning views of Xining's city center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a large Sharp TV. The bathroom is spacious, with separate wet and dry areas and a TOTO automatic flush toilet. The lobby counter is stocked with bottles of mineral water and a variety of fruit for guests to enjoy, a truly impressive touch. The breakfast is plentiful and high-quality. The staff are especially welcoming, proactively inquiring about service needs and offering recommendations, a truly valuable touch. The front desk staff are equally proactive and service-minded. The front square is spacious, with free parking, and the security guards are friendly and attentive. A gas station is just around the corner in the alley next to the hotel, making refueling very convenient.

Entering the hotel lobby, the soft music and comfortable temperature make people relax instantly. Xiao Zhao at the front desk saw me pulling the suitcase and immediately got up to help. When I checked in, I also arranged a room on the 11th floor. The view was very good. The consequences of the room did not disappoint. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. You can see the sunrise in the morning. There is a blackout curtain in the room. It is no problem to sleep late. The furniture in the room has a good texture. You don’t have to take the toiletries yourself. There will be special people to the room. It is very convenient. From the warm heart of Xiao Zhao in the lobby to the detailed design of the guest room, every place makes people feel thoughtful, and the check-in experience is directly full!

The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!

I have to say that Dachaidan Licheng Cuixing Hotel is the most comfortable night of Qinggan Dahuan Line. The hotel is clean, the service is thoughtful, and the details are paid attention to. The front desk staff is very caring. When I leave the store, I will bring the snacks prepared on the road. Although I don’t often comment, And this evaluation is also the little sister at the front desk sincerely hopes, but more is from her heart, especially good!
