Ssusan7688Convenient access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast selection is quite good, and they have a restaurant on the first floor serving local cuisine, as well as Western and Chinese dishes. Prices are reasonable, but be aware that portions can be quite large. The room cleanliness is excellent, and the customer service is responsive. Overall, a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is excellent. To find such a good hotel in the Yardang area is a feat in itself. The butler team's service was especially attentive. They proactively added us on WeChat to send menus and directions, which was a nice personal touch. Upon arrival, the butler escorted us to our room and showed us all the facilities. The entire service was warm and thoughtful. We also had dinner there, and the food was very good. The only surprise was that the breakfast restaurant didn't have a coffee machine. I'm used to having coffee first thing in the morning. While I could go outside the park from the breakfast area to buy coffee, it wasn't very convenient. I really think adding two coffee machines to the breakfast restaurant wouldn't hurt the park's coffee sales. I hope they consider this improvement.
GGuest UserThe front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.
LLeach 077I booked this hotel through Trip.com right before the Dragon Boat Festival for 393 yuan per night.
After checking in, I found the room facilities and everything else to be mostly good. On the evening of my arrival, I received a welcome gift of yogurt and some snacks.
I used my Trip.com points to redeem breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, but mostly consisted of carbs, with relatively fewer protein options (though there were fried eggs, shredded lamb tripe, and bacon; and some stir-fried meat slices in the vegetable dishes).
The hotel has a swimming pool, and I had high hopes for it, but the actual experience was quite poor: the pool on the sixth floor didn't provide towels or slippers, and the pool itself had an unpleasant odor (like a sewage backup). Even more absurd, the shower rooms in the changing rooms didn't even have body wash or shampoo. It was, frankly, ridiculous.
GGuest UserNice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.
FF SheikhThe rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed.
The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms.
The rest of our stay was great.
The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.
GGuest UserThis trip was so comfortable, all thanks to Jinjiang International Hotel! The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The facilities are complete, and the service of the front desk lady 71 is super considerate. She checked in quickly and helped plan the tour route. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet all tastes. The location of the hotel is also great, and the surrounding attractions and food streets are within walking distance. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose it!
GGuest UserThis hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved.
On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.
LLincoln66It's a new hotel, and the service is a bit immature. Why do I say that? Because they don't have rooms and don't know how to adapt. If the customer booked a luxury room, they would say they would give the customer a high-end room, but usually they would upgrade the room directly. This is the first time I've encountered a downgrade. Waiters should not make loud noises while cleaning, do not make loud noises, do not make loud noises! There are many services, but they are not clearly informed to customers. Do not park your car in front of the hotel entrance, even if it is the provincial party secretary's car, do not block the door.
WWuyueyingcaoThe hotel is right in the Gobi Yardang, but the hygiene and facilities are all excellent. It has air conditioning, humidifiers – everything you need. I booked a deluxe tent cabin with shared bathrooms, but the hotel upgraded us for free to one with a private bathroom. Next to the hotel, there are Yardangs and a small salt lake, and the front desk even helped us take photos. Since it was my birthday that day, the hotel also gave me two coffee vouchers. I must say, staying in the A-frame cabins in the Gobi Yardang was a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was rich and varied. Highly recommend!
