Had a fantastic vacation at the Sheraton! I was truly touched by the thoughtful service from our butler, Lucky. Knowing that both my son and I have March birthdays, she went the extra mile to decorate our room for the occasion and even arranged for the Western restaurant staff to custom-make a birthday cake for us. It added such a festive and warm touch to our entire holiday. A big thank you again to Lucky and the entire Sheraton hotel team!

I had am amazing stay at Pingjiang, the staff and owner were really friendly and helping me with the language barrier through translation apps. The local breakfast menu was delicious and very healthy. Drinking green tea in the morning sun next to the channel was perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay in Nanxun memorable.
I always make it a point to visit Hangzhou every year, and seeing the lush greenery by West Lake is always such a beautiful sight!
Even with the bustling crowds around West Lake, you can still find a sense of peace and tranquility here. The Xizi Hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay.
**Room Facilities:** The dark, reddish-brown furniture gives the room a grand and elegant feel. Welcome fruits and local snacks are neatly arranged in compartments. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, though overall, it feels a bit dated.
**Value for Money:** The room rate is quite steep, but considering the hotel's stunning views, excellent service, and prime location, I still think it offers good value.
**Breakfast:** The selection is incredibly rich and varied, and having breakfast right by West Lake is a lovely experience. There's a mix of Western and Chinese options, plus local Hangzhou specialties. You can definitely eat your fill, but it's best to go early, as after 9 am, you'll need to get a number and wait for a table.
**Bed:** Just average.
**Cleanliness:** We were initially given a room on the first floor which felt quite damp, and it seemed no one had stayed in it for a while. After discussing it with them, they moved us to a second-floor room, which had much better sunlight.
**Parking:** They have a dedicated parking lot.
**Room View:** Our room was quite far back, so the view was mostly of the mountain behind the hotel.
**Location & Transportation:** The location is incredibly convenient. Leifeng Pagoda is right next door, and you can see its full panorama from the hotel. Across the street are Jingci Temple and Prince Bay Park. Bus 1314 stops right outside and goes directly to Lingyin Temple and other attractions. If you exit through the west gate, you're very close to 'Viewing Fish at Flower Pond'. We chose to take a boat from Majiawan Pier and explored Yuangu Bay, Turtle Pond, and Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon, experiencing a different side of West Lake. However, since the hotel is quite large, it's a bit of a walk to the main entrance.
**Service:** The staff proactively shared information about the hotel with us – truly a testament to its renowned reputation. We interacted most with the shuttle bus drivers. When we mentioned it was our first time staying there, both the drivers and security guards enthusiastically told us about the hotel's features. A special shout-out to shuttle driver Xiao Mu, who waited patiently in the pouring rain for us to finish taking a night photo we wanted. There's also a building manager service for Building 2, responsible for managing the entire building, including check-in arrangements and turn-down service. The staff here are very thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered us some complimentary incense.
**Swimming Pool:** There's a separate, heated indoor pool.
**Gym:** The gym is located in a separate area.
**Complimentary Activities:**
1. At 4 PM, a hotel guide takes guests on a tour of the entire hotel, providing explanations of sites like Pearl Spring and the G20 banquet hall (which isn't accessible outside of booked events, but it's very grand). We learned about the origins of the estate, saw the self-picking Longjing tea garden, and a quiet spot for playing music. The highlight was Building 1, offering a perfect view of Leifeng Pagoda and the building's harmonious composition. The tour lasts about 40 minutes.
2. A travel photography session. Each room receives five photos, which isn't really enough. If you want photo editing, it's an additional 5 RMB. Choosing more upscale costumes costs another 100 RMB. If you truly want some good photos, you might need to spend an extra 200 RMB or so. The photographer does guide you, but the pace felt very fast, and the overall shoot didn't feel very thorough, with the photos not being particularly outstanding. This is just my personal experience, though.

A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

This lake-view room was exceptional! The room itself was spacious, and the balcony was huge. Sitting out there in the morning, sipping tea and gazing at the lake, was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was also generous, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. I'll definitely be staying at Greentown again on my next visit.

The hotel is located right in Jinhua city center, surrounded by skyscrapers, and not far from Shuanglong Cave, making it the perfect choice for accommodation. The breakfast is rich and varied, clean and hygienic. It offers great value for money, though the kids' play area is a bit small, only a reading corner, which could be improved.

For this trip to Yiwu, I chose the Shangri-La, which is super close and convenient to the International Trade City! As a long-standing five-star luxury hotel, the Shangri-La did not disappoint!
The hotel's location is truly excellent. The Yiwu International Trade City is just across the road, and there's a shopping complex right downstairs with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options – super convenient! This time, I booked a one-bedroom executive suite, considering that my child could do homework at the desk in the living room – it was the perfect choice! Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff, Evelyn, added me on WeChat and told me to contact her with any questions during my stay, which was very thoughtful! We ordered takeout several times during our stay. There's a fantastic selection of delicious takeout available around the hotel, so we couldn't resist indulging in some great food in our room at night. Each time, Evelyn kindly arranged for the robot to deliver our meals to the room, which was very considerate and convenient! I just messaged her directly for anything we needed replenished in the room, and she would immediately respond and arrange it! Five-star rating!
The room was spacious, and the view from the high floor was absolutely stunning! Since it was an executive room, we also got to enjoy the executive privileges at the Horizon Club Lounge on the 37th floor. This stay was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose Shangri-La again if I have the chance to visit Yiwu!

Traveling with family, this hotel was beautiful with a strong festive atmosphere, perfect for Chinese New Year. The staff were friendly and polite. Front desk agent Xiao Zhou processed our check-in quickly, and GRO Xiao Yu brought us warm towels. Breakfast was also quite rich and varied. We'd love to come back to beautiful Cixi if we get the chance!

The room was clean and bright with a small courtyard, overall it was good. What you're paying for at this price is the external environment – the scenery is absolutely stunning! Truly beautiful and exclusive. Walking along the shore, you can see the Su Causeway, and in the distance, Leifeng Pagoda. Both days we were there, the lake had a slight misty haze, but the sky was still clear enough to see the distant views. I was so reluctant to leave when checking out. It's a fantastic place to visit with parents. Oh, and the hotel's interior is also absolutely gorgeous! We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and you can order a half portion of West Lake醋鱼 (vinegar fish), which was unexpectedly delicious! The other dishes were also very much to our taste! I especially loved the soy sauce duck and the drunken river shrimp – they were incredibly, incredibly good.

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The soundproofing was great, offering a lot of privacy. The balcony was sunny and faced West Lake. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. I always stay here for business trips, and I highly recommend it – five stars! I just wish the weekend prices were a bit more affordable. Five-star review!
JJingcaiThe biggest surprise of my trip to Qiandao Lake was the travel photography! The hotel has exclusive access to the Xianshan Peninsula, and the Moon Gate, pure white lighthouse, and infinity pool are all natural photo studios. The lake and mountains provide their own filters. The photographer was professional and patient, great at finding angles and guiding emotions. Every shot, whether it was silhouettes against the sunset lake or warm interactions in the forest, was full of atmosphere. The original photos were already stunning, and the retouched versions were even more amazing – no need to worry about composition yourself. Everything from communication to final delivery was smooth, and the service was attentive and detailed, perfectly capturing the poetic beauty of Qiandao Lake and the wonderful journey. Comfortable stay, gorgeous photos – I highly recommend booking with Qidu Photography if you stay at the InterContinental to create lasting memories! Cecily, the InterContinental butler, provided excellent service too.
GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel apartment, which is in the same complex as Pan Pacific Hotel but in a different building. You can tell this hotel put a lot of thought into it – the facilities are excellent, and the details are perfect. The room itself is a bit older, but for a family room, it's great value for money. Breakfast is served at the Western restaurant in the hotel across the street, and it was very rich and festive, perfect for the Chinese New Year period. Their gym is also a major highlight – large and luxurious. Overall, it's a fantastic choice.
ZZaeraFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.
AAnonymous UserI booked two identical rooms. One room proactively received the complimentary fruit (which was included in the package), but for the other room, I had to call and ask for it. For one of the rooms, despite being booked for two people, only one breakfast was prepared (also part of the package). I had to call the front desk during breakfast to get the second one. The service level is definitely not what I'd expect from an InterContinental hotel. The hardware, however, is excellent. The standard room during the off-season was great value for money, and the space felt quite ample. Breakfast had a good variety, and the lake view was absolutely stunning.
MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!
MM432833****We were so disappointed!
👎 Having stayed at over twenty 5-star hotels in the past two years, this was by far the worst.
1. 💡 The facilities are incredibly old and often broken. For example, the vanity mirror was shattered, and the desk lamp flickered on and off.
2. 🛀 You have to wait at least a minute for hot water when showering, which is a very long time, wastes water, and is especially bad given how cold it is in winter.
3. 🛜 The Wi-Fi is terrible; videos constantly buffer.
4. 🏠 The bathroom floor has obvious, old stains that are absolutely disgusting 🤢.
5. 🍳 Breakfast was bad. The fried dough sticks (youtiao) were pre-made, the baozi had thick skins and little filling, the 'thumb-sized' pan-fried buns were greasy with hardly any meat, and the 'freshly squeezed' soy milk was clearly made from powder. The beef noodles and egg pancakes were okay, though.
6. For the DIY craft experience, there was only enough for one person per room, which was incredibly awkward for a couple. What's even more puzzling is that the cheapest room costs 2500 RMB??
👍 On the positive side, the staff were enthusiastic, there was a golf cart shuttle service, and they helped with luggage. The public areas were beautiful, and the intangible cultural heritage aspects were interesting.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, not far from the scenic spots but also away from the crowds. The environment is beautiful; we enjoyed breakfast outside and tried the stargazing buffet for dinner, which was very pleasant. The service was also great; Davina, who handled our booking, upgraded us to a villa, making it convenient for our family to stay together. We will definitely come again!
