I have to say, a five-star is still a five-star. We originally booked two nights at another hotel, but after one night, we just couldn't stand it. We checked out the next day and went straight to Hilton. From the moment we entered the lobby, I knew we made the right decision. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm, and our child didn't even want to leave the hotel, just wanted to stay there. Breakfast was also quite rich. All in all, everything was pretty good.

My top choice for business trips! It's close to my workplace and easily accessible. The room is quiet, the desk and chair are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast. They offer laundry service, which is professional, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The whole check-in process was smooth, saving me time and hassle. Highly recommended!

Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those.

The hotel is in the Shuitingmen Scenic Area, and it is very convenient to walk there. The garden view is beautiful, the room is comfortable, and you can feel the high-quality environment and professional service attitude from the beginning of entering the lobby. The room is very spacious and bright, the overall accommodation experience is very good, really recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the traffic lights from Yiwu Tiandi. We stayed at the KaiChen Hotel for a family trip with our child during the May Day holiday, and the experience was truly wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. The bedding was soft, and our child slept soundly. The staff were exceptionally patient with children, providing attentive and thoughtful service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, suitable for kids too. Its convenient location made it easy to get around and explore. Overall, it was a warm and hassle-free experience, perfect for families with children. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next family vacation!

I was so lucky to snag the last room of this type! The hotel's location is super convenient, about 200 meters from the visitor center, and they even helped transport my luggage. Staying inside the scenic area meant it was really quiet at night. I could settle into my room first and then explore the whole place from beginning to end – the route was perfect. For breakfast, the front desk helped me book an early dim sum session, and eating by the water was such a treat, right near the hotel. One of the piers was also right next door. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Shi, who assisted us; she was incredibly thoughtful from confirming details before check-in to helping us leave the scenic area after check-out, offering lots of practical tips 🥰 One day was definitely too short; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuzhen!!!

The room was clean and tidy, and the room service was very enthusiastic. The front desk was also very considerate, thank you. The hotel is right next to the train station, within walking distance, and there are many snack bars and night markets nearby. It was a good experience.

This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Zhoushan. The owner was very welcoming, and the beach was just a few hundred meters away from the guesthouse. There was free parking. I stayed in a room on the fourth floor, which was very charming with a great view of the sea. There were also dining options available on-site. It was great value for money!

The lake-view room offers a delightful view, and being on a higher floor makes it even more pleasant. I've visited Qiandao Lake several times, and compared to others, this hotel offers great value for money. Upon check-in, we received welcome snacks and fresh fruit in the room, and at check-out, a farewell gift. The service was warm, polite, and attentive, and the room cleaning was impeccable. Just a heads-up: there are many families with children vacationing here, so if you prefer a quiet environment, it might be a bit noisy. Also, during peak times, there can be a queue for breakfast. Overall, this is a hotel I'd definitely return to!

You can see a panoramic view of Qiandao Lake directly from the first floor. Service: Excellent! Everyone was very polite. Since we were traveling with a child, they proactively offered assistance during breakfast, bringing a high chair and disposable bibs, which was incredibly thoughtful and very friendly for families with babies. We'll definitely come again! Finally, I hope the hotel's breakfast could include a section specifically for younger babies; that would be even better!
