Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Quite pleasant...plenty of hot water...the pool is too small for 3 towers...but it's fine if you're staying in a villa. The indoor pool isn't really for guests like me...for under 400, it's worth it...above 400, it doesn't feel like good value...but overall, quite pleasant.

The room too dark and far away from the elevator. There isn’t any side table light compare to my several previous stay. The front desk not helpful at all and will not come back anymore visiting the hotel. It’s time to move on other hotel with better facilities. The hotel simply need to upgrade it as most of the items are very old. Moreover the front desk need to act professional and not assisting.

Staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya was truly an impressive experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly and professional. One of its main advantages is the strategic location, directly connected to Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for a leisurely stroll, dining, or shopping without having to leave the area. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and suitable for families, including those with children. Overall, the stay here felt practical, comfortable, and enjoyable—a perfect choice for a staycation or a short trip.

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

I booked 3 units, and all of them had different styles and layouts. The location in PIK 2 is good, but there's no free parking for cars. One room had a water heater that wasn't working well, and another unit had the AC in the living room instead of the bedroom. Dish soap wasn't provided, and there was no drinking water. Some of the bedding seemed a bit unclean, like there might have been bedbugs (in the single room), though the double bed was fine. The AC was cold, the fridge worked well, but there was no space to hang clothes to dry. It's easy to find food nearby. Overall, the price is okay. The most important thing is to contact the owner via WhatsApp to make arrangements easier.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.
