Everything was comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we received a complimentary gift. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant. The spa was excellent. Thank you. The room was also spacious, with a nice big bed and a city view.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Since there are relatively few foreigners, there aren't many hotels where English is spoken. If you want a hassle-free experience, this is the place to go. It seems like airlines also stay here. The breakfast is also quite good.

The newly opened Chinese-owned hotel is nicely decorated and suitable for Chinese guests. The owner, a businessman from Jiangxi who came from Shenzhen, is very hospitable and provides excellent service. He treated us to a meal and even lent me a local SIM card when I first arrived. He also helped me exchange currency and apply for a visa without charging me anything. I was very touched, especially in a foreign country. **Name: Bishkek Huaxia Hotel - Former**

The hotel has a courtyard which is tranquil. Guests can sit there reading and enjoy the quiet time there. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is strong. The decor of the room is warm. There is also a balcony in the room which is very nice. The breakfast is very good with many varieties of food. I would recommend this hotel to others.

A really good hotel. Located in a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops nearby. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the center of Bishkek. My room was very clean, and the pool was a nice feature.

Had a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway.
Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly.
Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

The price is relatively high, there is a free spa, if there is an additional charge for massage, the breakfast is also rich in variety, but the taste of Central Asia is really unpalatable, and the scenery outside is quite good.

GGuest User+ Overall, the service was nice, the cleaner was good, and the room was clean. The beds were great. Breakfast was varied. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The complimentary water bottles brought to the room during cleaning were a great added bonus.
- Some smoke drifted into the apartment from outside because the window seals were a bit worn. The official hotel gate could be added to map applications so that Yandex cars could find their way more easily.
— Airport transfer was included in the price, but we didn't get it upon arrival. The airport was over 20km away. When we were leaving, we asked if we could have a ride for the 7-kilometer journey to the airport instead of the transfer, but it couldn't be provided, and this inflexibility genuinely surprised us.

I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?
Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.
