The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all of Bishkek's major sights and many good restaurants and cafes. The facilities are somewhat dated, but staff are great. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found dried urine all over the bidet in our bathroom. Upon bringing this to staff's attention, a cleaner was sent right away. However, this should not be happening in any four star hotel.

I really loved this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were great, and they have a nice pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A big thank you to all the hotel staff, everyone was fantastic!

A very good hotel. Comfortable rooms, a swimming pool with comfortable loungers, a hearty and varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, 24-hour transfer service, the option to leave luggage for a few days, and quick laundry service. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Тихий, спокойный номер с видом на горы, вдали от городской суеты. Плюсы: - удобное расположение до парка Ала-Арча, пешком около 10 минут; - из окна видны лошади, пасущиеся на склонах , снежные вершины гор, слышен умиротворяющий шум реки Ала-Арча; - персонал приветливый и свободно разговаривает на русском, английском языках; - завтраки разнообразные, огромное количество мясных продуктов, вкусные местные фрукты; - в номере есть чайник, телевизор, множество розеток,Wi-Fi, хорошо проветривается; - просторная душевая; - халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мыло, зубные щётки в номере; - в коридоре можно взять гладильную доску с утюгом, чтобы привести вещи в порядок; - сауна и бассейн входит в стоимость проживания; - настольный теннис и настольный футбол доступны для постояльцев отеля. Минусы: - маленькая площадь комнаты, комфортно вдвоём с небольшими рюкзаками; - оборудование уборной выглядит ”уставшим”, ржавчина, подтёки, разводы; - разложить вещи особо некуда, нет шкафчиков, мало крючков ,вешалок.

Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly.

The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier? Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.
