Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

This hotel is a solid 10 out of 10! The room was excellent, the mattress was comfortable, there was a large TV, and the view from the window was beautiful (and the mountain view from the hotel corridor was simply unparalleled). The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the staff were wonderful. I was especially pleased with the breakfast: a great selection and everything was delicious. I'd happily come back here again.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

The price is relatively high, there is a free spa, if there is an additional charge for massage, the breakfast is also rich in variety, but the taste of Central Asia is really unpalatable, and the scenery outside is quite good.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a ******. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and even though it snowed during my stay, it was really warm and cozy inside. I felt very comfortable. The owner is genuinely kind and arranged a very punctual airport pickup for me. On the way, they also enthusiastically introduced local attractions and specialty foods, which saved me a lot of planning effort. The hotel is also close to Ala Too Square, making it very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

The hotel's front desk service is very enthusiastic, responsible, and patient in answering questions. The service is first-class. The west side of Kaoma Road is a bit noisy and the windows cannot be opened.
