A luxurious hotel. Walking around it, you get the feeling you're staying in a 5-star Turkish hotel. The building's spacious areas—the lobby, hallways, and lounges—are large and airy. The spa center enhances this feeling. There's a large green area with plenty of sun loungers. The room is very large, practically a gym))) well-equipped and very comfortable. There's a large loggia with furniture for relaxing. The rooms are very well-cleaned, with frequent bed linen changes and daily towel changes. Staying in the room is truly a pleasant experience. The restaurant deserves special mention. The breakfast is excellent with a huge selection, even offering cheese and sausage. I also had dinner there for an additional fee, and the price was very reasonable. Plenty of fruit and desserts. A wide selection of meat and fish. I dropped off my laundry, and they returned it well-washed and ironed for next to nothing!!!))) Overall, the hotel would have left a completely positive impression, BUT there were a few things that were a bit disappointing:
- The sea and the entrance to the sea. Even though the hotel is on the beachfront, the entry into the sea right on the shore is terrible. There's no entry!!! It's all riffles and small corals. If you want to swim, you have to go left along the shore. That's where the public beach begins, and it's packed with locals. Especially in the evening, it feels like they all come there to wash. I have nothing against locals, but there are just too many of them!!! You have to walk even further from the hotel, where the hotel grounds begin again.
- Pool. The poor entry into the sea forces guests to swim in the pool. The pool is small and shallow. After using it the first time, I didn't feel like swimming there again.
- Crows. There are plenty of them on all the beaches on the island, but here there were too many.

Excellent, beautiful, spacious, and modern hotel right on the beach, but NO swimming. Excellent staff, simply wonderful))) So, decide for yourself.
Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.
Beautifully located right by the sea. If you don't like sandy feet, this isn't the place for you, as the entire courtyard and pool area are covered in fine white sand. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are functional and clean. The bathroom is very spacious, with a large shower, double vanity, and a bathtub. The breakfast and lunch buffets are delicious, with everything your heart could desire. Would definitely come back anytime!
Lovely hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms were big and very clean
There was not too much around the area, but that was not an issue.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend staying here.

Like Trincomalee, this homestay is a bit difficult to find, there are few rooms, and it is still under construction, but the room is large, facing the sea, very quiet, very suitable for a daze.
I am very diligent and change different venues every day to set up meals. I like this fish steak and pasta

We enjoyed our stay at the beach bungalows here. We came during off season and they cleaned the pool for us and we had the beachfront bungalow. The breakfast was really good! However, this hotel also operates a liquor store that runs 24/7 right in the middle of the guest rooms so at all hours of the day there were people walking through to buy alcohol (during breakfast time even) and then would sit down on the premises to consume their purchases. As two young travellers it was not a huge deal but if you are a family it might not be the space for you!
Very Good

MMr Adam PorterThe rooms are incredible and the beach is lovely but this is NOT a 4* hotel. The rest of the place seems run down and not looked after, the gardens are a mess, volleyball court isn’t usable and I’ve not seen a children’s play area. Staff are scarce, there is no pool bar and you have to go in search of beach towels or drinks. The restaurant is extremely poor, long wait for service and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food options weren’t available and beer was only put in the fridge when I asked for it, so I then had to wait for it to cool down before it was served, when food arrived it wasn’t great, felt like a quick microwave meal. Room initially had no hot water, which we had to wait to be fixed, there is nothing in the mini bar as advertised, you just get an empty fridge, hairdryer had to be requested and room was missing towels and robes etc on arrival. Rooms took a long time to be made up each day and again some towels and robes were not replenished and had to be requested again. Parts of the hotel were closed and lots of lights at night flickered. They also advertise that the hotel has a night club and a billiards room, we haven’t seen any sign of a nightclub and the billiards room is two pool tables, one completely out of use with tape over it and the other is extremity rundown, dusty and wonky that you can’t play a game on it properly. No staff ever gave us a briefing on arrival or told us about the hotel, we have had to explore, guess and ask questions. Staff have been somewhat helpful, they speak English but don’t seem to understand it when they’re asked questions. Hotel has a what’s app service but responses are very slow and even then not fully understood. It’s like it used to be a 4* hotel but it’s run by pirates 🏴☠️
GGuest UserThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The room was beautifully spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in an ocean-view bungalow, which added a wonderful sense of luxury and made the experience feel truly special.
The amenities were excellent, with a wide range of thoughtful touches that made everything even more enjoyable. This place is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind.
We highly recommend it – without a doubt the best accommodation in the area.

GGuest UserMaldives in Sri Lanka.
The sea absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed so much the walking on the endless beach. The staff is amazing , made my solo trip so rich of memories and extra care, done multiple activities and I recommend the dinner in the cellar as they have the best cellar in Sri Lanka , and also a must the dinner on the platform in the middle of the sea! A big thanks for the unforgettable memories , they made me live a dream
GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here for two days. The service was very good. I bought beef and crab sea shrimp to the kitchen for processing. The staff was still helping. It was very convenient to walk out for less than 3 minutes. It was super beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. The hotel environment is also better, clean and hygienic. If you go again, you must choose this one.
