The hotel is very good. I have been to three cities and this is the best. The service is very good. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer. There are special rooms with computers and copying services.

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

This place is ridiculously badly managed. The rooms are noisy, and it gets even worse on Thursdays, when they hold an event that doesn’t end until 11:30 p.m. If you’re tired and hoping to get some sleep, good luck. The reception staff were unfriendly, and the service was terrible. The room was poorly cleaned, with the toilet being the most disgusting part—I’ve attached a photo. The restaurant’s opening hours are ridiculous. By 2 p.m., there was no food available, and when I asked for dinner at 9:30 p.m., the restaurant was already closed. There was no room service either. It’s a real shame because the place is gorgeous and the waiters were really nice, but the poor management and cleanses lets the whole experience down.

A perfect stay! I really like the style of this hotel. The elegant design uses wooden elements to blend pastoral style with colonial style. The aroma in the room is very good, I had a good rest, the sound insulation is good, the room is spacious, clean and brand new! The location is perfect for being quiet in the bustle and within walking distance to surrounding attractions. The hotel itself also has a spa experience with massages that are pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responsible. When we were leaving the hotel and waiting for the bus, a beggar approached us. The hotel security immediately came to protect us. We were very touched! Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, with constant noise from cars.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

The location is near the city center, close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is soft. The swimming pool cannot be used. There is no bus system around, it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi.

It is connected to a large shopping mall in Puebla, so you can eat, shop and stay at once. Because it is a large shopping mall, there are many security agents, and the guards on the first floor of the hotel guard the entrance and exit, so it is safe. It's also good to call Uber. Wal-Mart is 10-15 minutes walk away, so if you need anything, you can buy it here. There is nothing particularly good except the advantage of being attached to a large shopping mall. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but the sound insulation is very weak. At 12 o'clock in the daytime, the sound of cleaning the guest room in the hotel, the noise of people, and the hammering can't rest comfortably. Most of the rooms are aging. I can't recommend restaurants inside the hotel, but the food that is strangely served as room service is large and tastes good. Hotel staff try to solve it within the given range.
