The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

The hotel is nice and located at the city center. The room looks great and the bed is so huge. Foods served during breakfast are yummy. I also like the live cooking (eggs and pancakes). There is a gym and pool although none did I able to use. The restaurant/bar at the top is so cozy. They have also great food choices, though a bit disappointing with limited choices for drinks. Overall, I love my stay for 3 nights and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed—from laundry to shopping and great food—was just a short distance away. It’s rare to find a place that is so family-friendly and truly accessible; my grandfather felt completely at ease in his wheelchair, and my brother was equally happy as this was a gift for his graduation. Our stay was really good, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that The dining is not exactly pwd friendly. It’s also not enough. The cafe is not available to sit at. The tissue is not good quality.

I had an absolutely amazing stay from the moment I arrived. The staff went out of their way to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Room was spacious, spotless, and designed with a perfect blend of comfort and modern style. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway! I will definitely be returning.

I booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

Fantastic attentive staff. Nice clean pool Very good value for money but they charge for hot water and early/late checking. It's a bit out of the way but Maxim trikes or bikes are usually available. If you like to walk it's not far to the main road or even Robinson's.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. Thanks for all guys🙏🏻❤️
