I initially planned to stay for one night, but I was so pleased that I extended my stay for another day. What I loved most was being able to wash all my travel-worn clothes here. The hotel provided a dryer, washing machine, and laundry detergent, making it feel just as convenient as being at home. It gave me a chance to get all my clothes neatly cleaned after a long journey. This kind of hotel is perfect for regular folks like us who aren't looking for lavishness but definitely appreciate great value for money. The front desk staff were very friendly; they'd always greet me enthusiastically whenever I passed by, recommend tourist attractions, and even tell me where to find delicious BBQ. In short, it felt like they were genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Quanzhou. My car has a Sichuan A license plate, and I was initially worried about parking it in the hotel lot, thinking it might not be safe. But I was overthinking it; the hotel parking lot is actually very secure, and it's free too.

The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned, with attentive service. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and both the Chinese restaurant on the first floor and the executive lounge did an excellent job keeping the food warm. It's conveniently located, very close to Sanfang Qixiang, and there are branches of restaurants like Lao Fuzhou nearby. The hotel is connected to Ba Fang Hui, and there's a fantastic spot on the fifth-floor rooftop for the best views of the White Pagoda.

Traveling to Xiamen with my family, including elders and children, I carefully selected this hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The kids had a blast, and the elders were very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, and the front desk service was impeccable. The location is also fantastic; we could take leisurely strolls every morning and evening, and I even bought all our souvenirs downstairs. I'm not exaggerating when I say we'd be willing to visit Xiamen again just to stay here!

Service: I didn't really feel much in terms of service, which was a bit different from other IHG hotels I've stayed at. However, they did provide what was necessary, so I can't really pinpoint any major issues. Regarding greetings, there was no call ahead of time, only a call after checkout asking me to leave a good review. This is quite different from the typical IHG group style. From check-in at the front desk to departure, I didn't feel any particular warmth towards IHG members or Trip.com members. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready. The front desk didn't offer for me to relax in the Executive Lounge, nor did they offer a welcome drink at the lobby bar. They just told me I could store my luggage at the front desk… I was a bit taken aback and unsure what to do… because the lobby was quite small and there were no empty seats at the time! At eleven o'clock (I understand it wasn't check-in time yet), I could only drop off my luggage and go to eat! Since I booked an executive room, the front desk didn't ask if I had any other needs. They took the deposit and processed the paperwork, telling me there were no rooms available for about an hour, and then there was no further communication… A bit speechless (maybe I'm just used to InterContinental and spoiled by other IHG hotels). Facilities: I can only say they were okay, everything you'd expect was there. The gym and pool environment were decent. The only service I felt was good was from the gym staff; they were welcoming and quite enthusiastic, unlike the front desk staff, who I didn't see smile or greet anyone even once over two days. The lobby bar is a bit small, with only a few seating areas; a large portion of the space seems to have been outsourced to a tea shop, serving as a consumption area. There was no welcome drink upon check-in either, which was a bit surprising. Hygiene: It's an older hotel, but the maintenance is decent, and the hygiene is acceptable! Environment: It's about a ten-minute walk from the scenic spots, which is quite convenient. Overall, there's nothing particularly outstanding! Breakfast was quite average for an IHG group hotel. The sausages, bread, and breakfast sausages seemed to be of inferior quality, clearly starchy sausages, which certainly doesn't meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The desserts in the Executive Lounge were decent.

The Hilton Sanya's facilities are great, but unfortunately, the staff's service quality is really lacking. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident, but later, a supervisor or manager from the hotel resolved it, and their attitude was excellent, which I appreciated. They even gave me a small gift. I forgot my ID in the key card holder of room 5132 when I switched rooms, and the hotel called me to arrange for it to be couriered to my next hotel, which I'm very grateful for. I hope my next trip goes smoothly!

My experience here was so amazing. The service great, and it felt just like home. The food taste was rich and flavourful, there were so many varieties of colourful food and drinks. The hotel itself felt so nice, and the hotel room felt nicer. I loved the bathtub. the bed was so soft. I hope i can come back soon. The bathtub felt just like a hot tub, and the design of the room was great. The view was extraordinary and I was able not only to see the whole place, but also feel like i was flying. The organisation of the objects were not only great, but they were genius. The design of the whole room left me and my family speechless. The food in the buffet was so good and i loved the look of everything set up. The choices were infinite and I was able not only eat but to enjoy every bite.

Great hotel, clean, modern, good location, excellent service. Highly recommended, wish I could have stayed longer, will be back again. It’s a definite yes if you are looking around for somewhere to stay in Fuzhou. Get a lake view room higher level

The room was very spacious, with excellent soundproofing and a beautiful view. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset over the river from the comfort of the sofa. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, enough to try all the local Quanzhou delicacies. The overall stay experience was superb, easily meeting five-star standards. Hotel staff were always on hand to help with luggage upon arrival and departure, which made me feel incredibly well looked after. When I needed a drying rack late at night, the staff promptly brought one to my room. Every staff member I encountered in the lobby greeted me warmly, showcasing their high level of professionalism. The room's toiletries and even the key card were made of wood, giving a sense of luxury while remaining eco-friendly. The tabletop vanity mirror was from Mi Guang, reflecting excellent taste. While the city itself might be ordinary, the hotel is absolutely exceptional, truly living up to InterContinental standards. I certainly hope to stay here again.

The location is super convenient. It's not far from Shouxu Park, perfect for a stroll or bike ride. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's a quick taxi ride to the old town for local snacks. The room was genuinely spacious and bright; even for the type I booked, it felt very roomy. The bed was plush, and the pillow height was just right, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were Shangri-La's own brand, with a refreshing scent, and felt lovely to use. Drawing back the curtains revealed a decent city view, and the sunlight streaming in during the day made the room warm and inviting. Service was impeccable; every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly polite. During check-in, the lady at the front desk had a sweet smile and even proactively offered a late check-out (which I didn't end up needing, but it was a very thoughtful gesture). Breakfast offered a rich variety. You absolutely must try the local Putian braised noodles (Lu Mian) and wonton-like dumplings (Bian Shi); the Lu Mian, in particular, had a truly authentic flavor, even better than some small local eateries! Western options like bread, bacon, and yogurt were also available. All ingredients were fresh, and I left feeling very full and satisfied. The restaurant environment was clean, and the staff were very diligent in clearing plates, so you never had to wait. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water was very clean and the temperature was just right – kids would definitely love it if you're traveling with family. The gym was well-equipped, making it convenient if you wanted to get a workout in. Additionally, there are hot springs nearby, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whether you're visiting Putian for leisure or business, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Comfortable stay. We booked 2 nights initially just to be sure we liked the hotel.  The surrounding was quiet and easily accessible by didi so we decided to stay on but had to booked a deluxe room since the superior room was full. We told the reception (Wendy) who served us about our additional nights and also mentioned the unpleasant smell on the carpet. She was apologetic and said we should have asked for a change of rooms. I told her it was too troublesome. She immediately switched rooms for us to a deluxe room although it was only due the next night. Her professionalism and attitude is truly commendable. Thanks Wendy.  We will be back again!
