The room is beautifully decorated, with a TV, the owner is enthusiastic, attentive and dedicated.

Great place to stay. Food was good and checking in was easy. Both my partner and I enjoyed our stay, and will be staying here again in the future. I think the quality of the room was a highlight for both of us.

The staff were polite, proactively helpful, and efficient. The buffet offered a good variety of high-quality food. The hotel provided a free 30-minute spa coupon, allowing guests to relax after a long day. The room was clean, but I'd suggest switching to a different brand of tissues as they tear easily.

It's a bit old and noisy, other than that , it's pretty good. Water cost 10k VND in te room

The hotel is close to the center, new, clean, but there is no elevator. On the 4th floor, traveling is a bit inconvenient.

Квартира красивая, находится на 10 этаже. Уютная, с красивым видом. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кухня, посуда, плита, холодильник, микроволновка, все работает. Место на карте в Трипком не совпадает с реальным расположением, на пару километров. Квартира находилась в башне Haven 2. Также фото на сайте не совпали с реальностью, на фотографиях другая квартира. Хотя в реальности все было красиво. Сам район Ecopark находится далеко от центра Ханоя, но очень красивый и удобный. Много зелени вокруг, пруды, пешеходные зоны, все ухоженное и красивое, много магазинов и кафе. Есть где красиво гулять. На третьем этаже здания где квартира есть бассейн, за отдельную плату. Из минусов могу отметить грязноватую кухню, нужно лучше убираться, более тщательно мыть посуду, столешницу, стекло над столешницей. Также не очень удобно было заселяться - непонятно как идти от места где берешь ключи до самой квартиры, сделайте пожалуйста пошаговый план с картинками. Из плюсов ещё - удобная кровать, тишина, наличие стиральной машины и балкона, отсутствие насекомых. Также удобно, что от дома до центра Ханоя ходят автобусы, но как ими пользоваться - лучше уточнять на ресепшн, мне кажется что там можно оплатить проезд, потомучто водитель в автобусе деньги не принимает.

There is a young lady at the front desk who is very good, can speak Chinese, and is very patient to translate for us. It is to go to the concert. The customs over there are very good and enthusiastic. We will not take a taxi. The sister also helped us get it. I forgot to ask her name. In short, the experience is very good. 👍

Room was clean and very comfortable. Food was good, delicious and attractive. High recommended!!! Good location.

非常一般，衞生打掃的不太仔細，入住三天以上應該給的E SIM卡第一天説沒有，第二天給了結果大陸的手機不能使用，等於沒有贈送。因為有這個贈送才選擇的這家民宿，沒有準備額外的WiFi設備，不能用最後所以衹能選擇開流量，浪費了很多錢。 服務非常一般。
