You can enjoy a great view of the dunes from the Stargazer Pavilion, whether it's for breakfast or afternoon tea. The service attitude is excellent, with professional smiles and service awareness. The evening airport pickup service was also good. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, and the bathroom isn't very big either. However, it's just for sleeping, and we spent most of our time out exploring, so this flaw doesn't overshadow the overall experience.

I brought my mom and brother along, and we booked a triple room. When we arrived in the evening, they upgraded us to a family suite for free, and all three of us had a great rest. From the moment we parked, we felt the warmth of the hotel staff. The security guard jogged over to help us with our luggage and recommended places to eat authentic Zhangye cuisine that night. The lobby staff offered us hot towels and tea, and another staff member helped carry our luggage up to the room. We initially thought of grabbing a quick bite on the second floor, but found the restaurant didn't offer local specialties. The staff there were very kind and directed us to a nearby restaurant that did. The room was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Just look at the pictures! They even gave us small gifts. The hotel is also very friendly to travelers. Next to the elevator in the lobby, there's detailed information about every attraction in Zhangye, and the front desk has local travel guides and dining recommendations. Great stay, great food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangye.

The newly opened hotel has a good environment and facilities. I needed to catch a train early in the morning, and the hotel is near the West Railway Station; you can see the station from the window, but you have to take a taxi, which should only cost 10 yuan and take about 5 minutes. I originally booked another hotel in the same building, Wanrun Smart Choice, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available and they might not be able to vacate by noon. I checked the platform and saw the price had doubled, clearly meaning I had to cancel my booking myself. The hotel I'm staying at now is in the same building, and the price is about the same as when I booked. They asked if there were rooms available and even gave me early check-in. The difference in service is immediately apparent. I switched immediately.

It really made us feel well taken care of. **Environment:** The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk mentioned the mattress was imported. At night, we could even watch the stars and moon from the room and took some pictures. The location is also excellent, super close to the food street, making it convenient for exploring and dining. It's also a short drive to the Jiayuguan scenic area.

The hotel is located right in Lanzhou Old Street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff (the young lady) was very friendly. Breakfast was also delicious, and they even make fresh hand-pulled beef noodles! It's fantastic! It's also close to Matan Metro Station, making it convenient for getting around.

A friend recommended this hotel, saying the service was excellent, and they were absolutely right! It was truly outstanding and very welcoming. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was offered hot tea and a towel. They helped with my luggage to the room and even provided a small fruit plate. When checking out, they assisted with my bags again. So thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here next time. Five stars, no doubt.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is next to a shopping mall and a subway station. The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary. The rooms are spacious. The attitude of the hotel staff is also super good. I highly recommend staying here.

It was pretty good, the price was very reasonable. The three restaurants nearby were delicious, and it was convenient to stay here while on a business trip. The only downside was that the bathroom light was motion-activated; it would turn off as soon as someone moved, which was really inconvenient. I stayed one night and then switched hotels.

The hotel is located by the Yellow River, offering a pretty good view from the window! However, I have to complain about two things: first, the shower water was too cold, and second, the sensor light in the shower kept turning off by itself! Our family of four traveled during the Chinese New Year. My elderly mother was tired after visiting the provincial museum, so she returned to the hotel at 4 PM and said she wouldn't go out for dinner, opting to shower and rest. She was the only one who managed to get a hot shower at that time! When the other three of us returned to the hotel at 9 PM after dinner, I found the water to be lukewarm when I showered. It was a bit cold on my body, but I was already wet, so I had to just power through it. As soon as I got out, I told my husband and child that the water was very cold, and it might be due to many people using water during peak hours, suggesting they shower later. We waited and waited, but even at midnight, the water was still cold. I even called the front desk in between to report the cold water, and they replied that it was because many people were using water and advised showering later! But by 12:30 AM, my child was sleepy and couldn't wait any longer, so they took a quick cold shower. My husband just gave up on showering altogether! I really don't understand how a hotel this big can't even guarantee basic hot water for showers! And then there's the sensor light in the shower room. It would stay on for a few minutes and then turn off by itself. No matter how much you move around inside the shower, it wouldn't turn back on. You had to open the door and step outside the shower room for it to sense movement and light up again! So... I ended up taking a cold shower in the dark! What kind of crazy design is that? Who would open the door and step out in the middle of a shower just to get the light back on??!! This is the first time I've written such a long review, but overall, it was a pretty frustrating stay!

Unlike regular tents, the top of the tent is made of special transparent materials, like a huge viewing platform, which builds a bridge of communication between me and the vast galaxy. As night fell, I couldn't wait to lie on the soft bed, and when I looked up, the bright starry sky was presented to me without reservation. The stars twinkled, like gems inlaid on the black sky, beautiful as a dream. At that moment, the world seemed to press the mute button, and the impetuousness and noise in my heart were instantly soothed. The unique beauty of this quietness made me intoxicated. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff is very considerate. After placing the order, the customer service guy at the front desk added our contact information and gave us some local travel tips, which saved us a lot of time. From the warm reception at check-in, to the careful guidance during the activities, to the warm greetings at night, every detail made people feel cared for. They not only provided me with thoughtful service, but also made me feel the simplicity and enthusiasm of the desert people. This desert camping trip not only allowed me to appreciate the magnificent scenery of the desert, but also experienced exciting and interesting activities, which became an eternal and beautiful memory in my heart.
