Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Beautiful hotel located at the heart of the city. Peaceful Spa.

We had a fantastic stay. We are unsure at first because it is a family friendly resort and having to deal with noisy kids. The resort is very spacious and the bungalows allow privacy and a quiet stay. The resort has amazing service and friendly staff. Food is also great with quality ingredients and daily variations. Nice to sample Spanish cuisine and there is also nightly themes to offer more food choices. Bar offerings is great with both local and international brands. Another good thing is the resort’s sustainability credentials. The resort offers good value for money for both couples and families.

Stayed here as part of 10 days in Ibiza and hotel hopping around, this was our second stop and we checked in literally the day after it opened for the season. Aesthetics are great they’ve really thought of everything. Rooms on the small side but have everything you could need. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that and it was just start of the season so not overly busy. This hotel does great deals so worth snapping up if one appears. Very good location!

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Easter holiday, a few nights really not worth it. Service: Check-in encountered a big oolong, the official website reservation shows sold out, so go to Trip.com successfully booked, when I checked in, I actually notified that there were two orders under my name, and asked me to pay the official website order; forcibly two people live in two rooms. After I refused to pay, I negotiated and agreed to wait for the manager to return to the hotel on the next working day and then deal with it. Let me check in first. However, at this time, I deliberately asked me to sign the order on the official website. Fortunately, I would avoid this pit in English. Environment: I saw a lot of beautiful photos on the Internet. In fact, the park is relatively small and there are not many projects that can participate in. I can stay as a hotel and have no feeling of vacation. Health is very good, the whole park of the hotel is very clean.

Could not fault this hotel. It is stunning and the room was gorgeous. The staff were as lovely as they could be and so attentive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it is walking distance between both Destino & Pacha. All round amazing will definitely be coming back :)
