"Kansai Airport Hotel is a must-stay for layovers or early morning flights. Just walk straight out of the terminal, cross the station, and you're there. Head down the escalator on your right after entering the main entrance to check in.
The service was excellent, very warm and polite.
As for the hotel facilities, don't let the 'airport hotel' label fool you into thinking it's overly simplistic. While it's a bit basic, it has everything you need and is very convenient. The internet, in particular, was fantastic."

"My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone."

"I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent it’s only about a 200m walk straight from Exit 3 of the K Line station, making it very convenient to reach
From the hotel, you can even enjoy a beautiful view of the tower , which was a lovely bonus
The location is also perfect for getting around. If you want to visit Namba, it’s just one stop away on the K Line (to K16), so travelling around the city is quick and easy😊
There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything felt quite new, and I was very comfortable during my stay
I actually wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately the hotel was already fully booked. That says a lot about how popular it is!
I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit in the future. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience🙏😊"

"The room was quite spacious, more than enough for two people and two 28-inch suitcases to open up. The double bed also had ample space. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a Refa hairdryer and showerhead.
There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry in the room – I even fell in love with the detergent, it worked so well!
Aside from the room being a bit dark, everything else was great."

"Dear Hotel Management,
I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter.
On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately.
When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later.
If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email.
The room is big, the bed is big enough, there is a large jacuzzi, there is a window, very comfortable, but I was bitten by mosquitoes when I was sleeping. I hope the store owner will pay attention to it. The location is also good, very close to the Nanhai Line.
The room rate is high, and the facilities are of an old-fashioned style, but overall it is good, and everything is available.
Comes with breakfast and light meals (can be considered dinner or midnight snack, and comes with a free drink with alcohol)
Breakfast and dinner are ordered through the TV, and then the staff will deliver them to the room. You can refer to the pictures for what you ate these days.
We stayed for three days, and no waiter took the initiative to clean, change towels, or replenish supplies. I went to the service desk on the first floor to report that it needed to be cleaned, and an aunt on the first floor replied that it had not been cleaned. Well, but my colleague and I have booked it. She said that we can leave the key at the front desk and tell the time to come back, and there will be cleaning.
The tableware will not be collected after eating, nor will it be told how to deal with it.
In short, this service model and attitude vary from person to person, and the feeling is very bad. This is the worst service hotel I have stayed in Japan. If you don't want to receive Chinese people, don't sell to China, thank you.
