Loved the location, so close to Dotombori and the plaza where you can just take the limousine bus straight to the airport. Room was clean, and comfortable; they offer a lot of amenities down in the lobby, and staffs were nice. Easy self check in and checkout, and they can help you store your luggage on checkout day if needed.

It's a bit distant from Osaka station, but u can easily get to underground walkway to reach Osaka station, (by pass all the traffic, no wait traffic lights ) Free coffee /MATCHA start 2pm to 11.59pm Vending machines inside hotel if u wan other drinks, and laundry area. Very nice when u need a drink. Some restaurant and convinient store near. Sukiya also not far. Pachingko also near. My room not smart toilet, that is, if u must have a smart toilet. No big deal for me. Satisfied for what I paid for.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special.

Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath. Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as clean and tidy as before. The room was very spacious, and the bedding, comforter, and pillows were all super comfortable. There's free coffee in the lobby, and a Lawson convenience store, McDonald's, and ramen shop nearby. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct service to Kansai Airport. All in all, this hotel is our top choice for accommodation in Osaka! 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a direct shuttle bus from Kansai Airport, and direct access to the Umeda shopping district from the second floor of the building. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room facilities were complete, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Waking up every morning to the view from the window was truly a blissful experience.

This was my first time staying at a hotel like this, as we couldn't get a room. It was a truly fascinating experience. The room was incredibly spacious, with a bathroom even larger than the one we'd booked the night before near Kyobashi Station. It had wooden floors and a TV in the tub! It also had a king-size bed. It wasn't a waterbed, but it was still a 1.8-meter-long bed in Japan, so I was so touched! 😹 Japanese hotels are always immaculately clean, and this one was no exception. It was almost 11:30 when we arrived, and I was worried the front desk would be closed, as the check-in notice stated it was by 11:30. However, since they're staffed 24 hours a day, a late check-in wouldn't be a problem. The receptionist, an elderly lady, said thank you in Chinese and explained everything clearly. She especially asked us to book dinner that night (yes, we could book even at almost midnight) and breakfast the next day. She also reminded us that only items marked ”0” were free, and we had to order one dish per person. For dinner, we ordered a curry rice and a fried rice dish, which were delivered to our room within half an hour. I think the hotel staff had made them fresh and served them on plates. The food was average, but having food delivered so late in the evening was a real surprise in Japan. We chose a Japanese breakfast (miso soup, grilled fish) and a Western breakfast (coffee and toast). We chose a 10:00 AM delivery, and it knocked on our door right on the dot, practically waking us up. By the way, there were free drinks and unlimited coffee near the front desk. We drank a lot of cola, and Japanese cola is incredibly fizzy; every sip was a welcome relief. This hotel is also quite unique, with its unique offerings: the latest Western films with Japanese dubbing and subtitles, as well as Japanese films and TV series, and, of course, educational films about the island nation. There's also promotional material in the room, so you can choose what you like. My wife and I watched the educational film while we had breakfast, which was quite entertaining. Sakuranomiya is next to the hotel, and a little further is Sakuranomiya JR Station. At Sakuranomiya, I saw a stele from 1886, presumably commemorating the flood of that year. It's remarkably well-preserved, inscribed entirely in Chinese characters, even including the Four Books and Five Classics, with titles in small seal script. Even in Guangzhou, it's rare to find such a well-preserved late Qing dynasty stele. There's a temple near Sakuranomiya JR Station, and I saw a notice there that again astounded me with its Japanese calligraphy. I doubt many monks in China today could achieve such proficiency. It's truly heartbreaking that if I want to experience traditional Chinese culture in my daily life, perhaps I'll have to go abroad. As Tang Junyi said, ”Flowers and fruits are falling,” I can only treat a foreign land as my home.
