"This hotel in Osaka was a delightful surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. It's super convenient for buying Sanrio items, cosmetics, and grabbing some onigiri.
The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there were plenty of amenities. The staff were friendly and communicative, even offering helpful tips for exploring the area.
At night, the street was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. Free luggage storage is a huge plus for travelers. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting, offering incredible value for money!"

"Dear Hotel Management,
I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter.
On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately.
When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later.
If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email.
호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다.
20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다.
호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다.

"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"Fantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location."

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk.
Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why.
Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay.
Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient.
🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇

"The location is fine (there are dozens of hotels around it you can choose from) – we love Namba and Nipponbashi so it was convenient for us. No complaints regarding service. The price was also good. But we booked a twin room that faced the street and there was a lot of noise coming from the windows. We could hear all the chirping sounds from the street lights in the crosswalks nearby, besides the cars. I know a lot of guests haven't experienced this, so it's either that they need new windows on that side of the building (these were old aluminum ones) or we were just unlucky with the one room that's noisy. The lobby/lounge is barely existent – since they don't have a café/restaurant anymore, I wish they could make it more pleasant to wait around for check-in after a long trip."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing and soft bedding. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the location was very convenient. It's excellent value for money, and overall, I had a very satisfactory experience. I highly recommend it."

The room is big, the bed is big enough, there is a large jacuzzi, there is a window, very comfortable, but I was bitten by mosquitoes when I was sleeping. I hope the store owner will pay attention to it. The location is also good, very close to the Nanhai Line.

The room rate is high, and the facilities are of an old-fashioned style, but overall it is good, and everything is available.
Comes with breakfast and light meals (can be considered dinner or midnight snack, and comes with a free drink with alcohol)
Breakfast and dinner are ordered through the TV, and then the staff will deliver them to the room. You can refer to the pictures for what you ate these days.
We stayed for three days, and no waiter took the initiative to clean, change towels, or replenish supplies. I went to the service desk on the first floor to report that it needed to be cleaned, and an aunt on the first floor replied that it had not been cleaned. Well, but my colleague and I have booked it. She said that we can leave the key at the front desk and tell the time to come back, and there will be cleaning.
The tableware will not be collected after eating, nor will it be told how to deal with it.
In short, this service model and attitude vary from person to person, and the feeling is very bad. This is the worst service hotel I have stayed in Japan. If you don't want to receive Chinese people, don't sell to China, thank you.
