Rockin' Stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast! From the moment we arrived, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast exceeded our expectations. The vibrant atmosphere, stylish decor, and exceptional service made for an unforgettable vacation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the diverse dining options, from the Sessions all-day dining to the chilled-out vibes at The Elephant & The Butterfly. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. What truly stood out was the staff's attentiveness and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would like to compliment Hafiszan Masirom the reservation manager and also front desk manager Syafiqah. ( don’t know if I spelled it correctly ).The staff from coffee and grind , candy shop and also the kids club and all. They were just great . The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is an ideal destination for families. The kids' club was a huge hit with our little ones, offering a range of fun activities and entertainment. The pool area has dedicated sections for children, making it safe and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a stress-free and memorable vacation for the whole family. We can't wait to return for another rockin' getaway! It was a wonderful stay with hard rock hotel desaru. I had an excellent stay at R&F Princess Cove by FUJU! 🌟 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to CIQ, super convenient for getting in and out of Singapore. 🚗 The seaview from the unit was beautiful and really added to the overall experience. The host provided great service, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Amenities were complete and modern, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Free parking was also a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Great value, amazing location, and a very enjoyable stay!

Overall, my experience was excellent. The night shift front desk manager deserves special mention—extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine included, which added great convenience, especially for longer stays. Highly recommended for both comfort and service!

We booked at the very last minute yet the service rendered was commendable. The room was ready in top notch condition despite the last minute booking, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The amenities and breakfast spread was perfect. Will definitely return again!

Room is old classic style but a major renovation is required. Saw a monkey in our block D entrance area, then there is a big insect lying on the living room curtain after we check in. I got bitten by the insect when try to catch it and my finger start to get painful, the housekeeping staff saw it and immediately call medical team to come and apply some cream on the scar, and the staff told me if it get worse later, he will call reception and arrange transport for me to visit a clinic, which is responsible manner from the hotel. I personally appreciate it. The good side is the hotel own a huge space which contain a good mix of facilities, even there is a mini zoo near the reception. We kind of like the mini zoo as it’s the first time my daughter saw a goose and parrot. The seafood restaurant serves decent seafood and other dishes. Of course it’s a bit pricey comparing outside. What we don’t like is the lift location which not every block entrance comes with a lift, only certain location which you need to explore on the map. The floor is confusing also depend on which loft you use, as the ground is not even which will makes your room level differ between different lift. I mean it is my first time encounter such scenario. A bit special. Somehow the hotel room layout remind of my university hostel. Overall it’s a ok stay for our families.

Lovely apartment. We got the one with 2 bedrooms for 4 pax. Amazing. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Toilets were clean. Bedrooms were comfy. I love how it's located in a convinient location, opposite Komtar and City Square and there is a 24hr mamak at the other side. Highlg rec. The only thing that I didn't like was the mattress and pillow but it is a personal preference. Ammenities was lovely. There is a gym that has a nice amount of equipments. Also the pool was great. Had a nice swim. Will come back in the future!

Our family of 5 (3adults and 2 seniors) stayed for 2 nights at Sands & Sandals Desaru during June school holiday. The room charges are affordable as other hotels were so expensive. The room size is very big and they gave us connecting room. The beach is just in front of the hotel and you can see beautiful sunrise in the morning.

The seaview room worth the price. The room is clean. The bathroom really spacious. Just the red color door in between rooms is out of taste. Like ‘pintu bomba’ 😅 the breakfast is so so. Even the basic menu like pastries or nasi lemak not provided. They have booth like pasar malam for dinner. Variety of food to choose and the price quite reasonable for a hotel. The sea shore quite dirty. Rubbish here and there. But overall worth the price.

Cleanliness: 1) toilet bowl was stained yellow, seems like haven't been scrubbed for a while 2) rugs around the property was not clean, would be good if they provided disposable slippers All good other than these issues Experienced a blackout during our stay but was quickly responded to and fixed within an hour View is really good, Will stay again

I booked this homestay at the very last minute, as we couldn’t extend our stay at the previous location, but too my surprise, the place was super amazing, nice view and so convenient for foods / shops / bazaar and walking distance from checkpoints. Will definitely book another stay here, comfortable enough for the pricing and location wise! Superb!
