We travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel. Proximity to train station was good. Views from the rooms were the highlight. Staff were also very patient and friendly. All in all - a 10/10 experience for us. Will highly recommend.
The stay at Alphotel Innsbruck is exquisite and relaxing.
They have a bar that operate until midnight.
Do take a room that is able to see the Alps (mountain view) - it is indeed magical during sunrise.
There is a huge variety of breakfast selection at the restaurant in the morning. The hotel is right beside a bus stop so transport to the City is pretty smooth - it is a 100% good choice for the travel.
I had an amazing stay! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and quiet surroundings made my trip perfect. Highly recommend!
The hotel's service facilities are absolutely first-class. The exclusive hotel's Spa3000 facilities give hotel guests many preferential privileges. I would like to recommend it to everyone. The surrounding environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and the hot spring facilities are world-class, which beats all hot spring hotels in China. Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and formal dinner.
Hotel very close to the airport. Bus stop to the center at 50 meters, very convenient location since you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Helpful staff and always ready to give information. Simple and comfortable rooms.
The room is large and the facilities are high-end. You can see the peaks from the balcony. The hotel has welcome apples and wine, which is very good. The service is very good. The breakfast category is rich.

OOnetrickjourneyAustria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is conveniently located about ten minutes from the bustling Altstadt. Bus stops are situated just outside the hotel, and the funicular station is right at the doorstep, making it very easy to get around. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient for picking up snacks or drinks.
We arrived at around one in the afternoon, before the official check in time. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage, which gave us the freedom to head out and explore. When we returned later in the evening, the check in process was smooth and efficient, and we were assigned a room on level two.
The room was large and spacious, with ample space to relax. There were chairs and a table, which made it comfortable for resting after a long day out. The bathroom was equally spacious and came with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little too soft for our preference. Also, the footsteps from the room above could be heard but remained quiet during silent hours. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily.
Overall, the hotel offered great comfort and excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting Innsbruck.
GGuest UserWhen systems replace people
Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.
GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.

SSock KengNice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!
TTxuebiDefinitely need to give 5 out of 5 stars for this.
Breakfast has sooo many varieties. They even have special menus during new year . We spent our new year eves here.
The wellness area i would definitely recommended. The best part ever during travel and in winter.
I love all the spa sessions especially physio therms .

GGuest UserThe room was really chic, the view was very beautiful, the breakfast was varied, the staff was friendly, the night cost almost €400, and it was strange that for that price, the room didn't have a kettle with tea and coffee or even free water. I would also have liked a better hairdryer, not the smallest Valera hairdryer, which overheated after a minute of use. This really caused inconvenience when drying my hair.
PpetrifiedmikeGreat location in the heart of the town. Interior definitely showing its age, with creaky wooden floor boards. Wish there was an indoor pool but the free pedal-assisted bicycles were awesome. Reception staff were really helpful but the cleaning staff just helped herself into our room in the morning after knocking just once while we were still asleep!
