The room was old, like the entire hotel, but it had a bit of a renovated 70s vintage style. The room was on the 11th floor and offered a very beautiful view of the green mountains. The beds, however, were uncomfortable; the mattresses were very soft, and we woke up with back pain. But at this price, we shouldn't complain too much. The bathroom, contrary to what was written, was new.

The hotel has a great location, walking distance to the train station and to the river. The room is big enough and the bathroom size is decent too. I booked a room with two twin beds. I might have selected 1 room and 1 guest instead of two guests when I booked it. The hotel decided I need to pay extra for the additional person plus additional city tax. They have plenty of rooms ready but when we tried to check in around 1:30, we were told no room was ready. The WiFi barely worked at all. I had to use my cell data.

The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.

The room was very clean and luxurious. And the large bathtub is comfortable. The small lounge area where you can enjoy alcohol will make you want to go again if you can improve it. It is a pity that the customer who passed by looked inside and the distance from others was not very calm space. I thought that such a majestic old castle 5 star hotel would have a more atmosphere if there was a space where jazz music was played and live performances were performed. Spa area and massage are also recommended.

The pictures look better than the actual hotel and even though the amenities are quite nice, especially the Spa area the service should definitely be improved when it comes to the ladies at the front desk. The other staff was very helpful but overall management seems to be a little confused.

It is only 10 minutes from the entrance of the vehicle track (but the traffic jam on the weekend has to be blocked for 20 minutes). The left hand of the hotel is the Nurburgring red sign. The first floor can also be about Ringtaxi. The hotel room facilities feel so-so, and I have lived in the Kaiyue hotel before, not exquisite, but anyway, there are not many options. I still wanted to sleep well at the hotel, but it was okay (recommended to live on the 5th floor). Our room balcony is facing the road. It is recommended to live in a room on the side of the road with a good view. You can see the roller coaster in the direction of the track. But in fact, there are not many parts of the track, and wuwuwu may start early in the morning. It will affect the rest. The parking fee is 25 euros a night, and there are welcome stickers on the wall.
