"Check-in experience was quite disappointing. We were initially given a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, and were told to upgrade with an extra charge as no rooms were available on that floor. It was late at night and cancellation wasn’t possible, so we had to proceed. Unfortunately, the new room also had issues with the air-conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. After a long day, we just wanted to rest, so we didn’t further complain. Overall, the experience was rather underwhelming and could have been handled better."

Staff were great and friendly
Room amenities worst than 3 star hotel, very old towels, cheap body and hair shampoo. Recommend to bring your own.
Room sound proof is so bad that you can hear every single words from next door. Totally can't get good sleep due to next door talking non stops, imagine they do some exercise...
Breakfast space is too small to cater full house.
Food selection was mid
Gym was the highlight, world class gym. But lack of air conditioning.

Azfar DaudThe road to the resort can imrpive a lot. Came when its rainjng season. Cant do many things. Just do resort tour.
Cab or grab pr other service poor here. Can improve a lot. Easier for foreigners to commute. Or provide a shuttle for us to commute.

I wish I could say it was ideal, because the hotel has the potential for that - but unfortunately it's not exactly that. The location is super, the building is what you can expect from an ex-Radisson hotel, but the problems with the cleanliness and the very aged bed linen left me a far from perfect first impression. Plus, at 4pm they still didn't have my room ready and asked me to wait 10-15 minutes. After escalating the problem to the manager I got a better room and from there on everything was OK, but the welcome was not at the level I expected.

JL2026I stayed here because the hotel close to train station & shopping mall, besides there is a vegetarian restaurant next to the hotel which is very convenient for me as a vegetarian.
All the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Room was not big enough but it’s ok. Food was not bad as well.

Zhen Q Harman LinIt's our 3rd stays in 2026 😀😀. Every staff in the hotel is excellent. This time we choosed to stay at Rm 1615, unfortunately it was too warm weather on the day and air conditioning couldn't make it to level as we need, so we asked to replace another room for the next 2 nights, then all were very good as usual. Breakfast was still very good and with variety of choice. Of course, I just ate what I choose. No more taking a lot of images, all images were already in my past review😀😀

ItchyButtA place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car .

Receptionists were friendly and attentive
2 last elevator to reach floor
Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin
Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot
But sad thing...
Place is poorly maintained
Pillows past their shelf life.
Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good
House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors ..
So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

The only minor issue might be that since it's an older building, some room amenities like the wardrobe creak a bit, but overall it's good 👍.
