”Wat een betoverend verblijf hebben we gehad in dit buitengewone hotel! Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we overweldigd door de elegante en sfeervolle ambiance. Het personeel begroette ons met warmte en professionaliteit, wat meteen een gevoel van comfort creëerde.
De kamers waren een oase van luxe en rust. Elke hoek was doordacht ingericht, met oog voor detail en comfort. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was adembenemend - een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad en de omliggende natuur. De voorzieningen waren van topklasse, en we genoten van ontspannen momenten in het prachtige zwembad en de weelderige spa.
Een van de hoogtepunten was de culinaire ervaring. Het restaurant bood een verfijnde selectie van gerechten die onze smaakpapillen verrukten. Elk gerecht was een kunstwerk op zich, bereid met verse ingrediënten en een creatieve twist.
Wat dit hotel echt onderscheidt, is de aandacht voor gastvrijheid. Het personeel was altijd bereid om te helpen en onze wensen te vervullen, waardoor we ons echt verwend voelden. De algehele ervaring was niets minder dan magisch.
Dit hotel is zonder twijfel een juweel dat elke reiziger zou moeten ervaren. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen en creëerde herinneringen die we voor altijd zullen koesteren. We kijken al uit naar ons volgende verblijf in deze betoverende oase van luxe en gastvrijheid.

CCallum TAn overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement.
Pros:
- Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight.
- Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar.
- The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner.
- Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info).
- Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants.
- Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part.
Cons:
- The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments.
- New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable.
- A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning.
Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand.
Location:
The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated.
Room & Amenities:
Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression.
The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard.
Overall impression:
Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay.
Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

AAnonymous UserThe location is a bit out of the way, but the hygiene is excellent. Breakfast is a simple Middle Eastern style meal. Room service is standard, bottled water is available on demand. The front desk staff are welcoming and always help arrange taxis to the airport and Petra.

GGuest UserThe staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.

JJulia rebagliatoThe hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing , very clean everywhere , I disliked that they don’t have reserved areas for smokers everybody smokes anywhere they feel is a good spot for it , not thinking in people that we don’t smoke including little kids , it will be nice if they enforce smokers to smoke on designated areas and not inside restaurants and bars , I ate at 5 de mayo restaurant ( as a good Mexican lol ) not well convenced that I was going to find good Mexican food , I was wrong I gave my congratulations to the stuff and chef the food was amazing and so the drinks , I drank a Paloma a typical Mexican drink base with tequila , squirt ,grapefruit juice , lime juice over salty ring glass , Tequila used on my drinks was Don Julio , All stuff from valet parking to receptionists and in general were super friendly I definably recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amman Jordan or

RRafael OsorioCorp Amman hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Amman. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at a central neighborhood not far from Rainbow street (10 min by uber) where you can find many restaurants, bars, coffees and disco. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel has all the basic amenities such a Body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast was buffet style with egg station and pancake station too. The gym was well equipped and the restaurant had great food for dinner.
