There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.
Very nice hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Could not fault anything really. We got a massive room, very comfortable bed. The hotel is very big and has many amenities that could be used during our stay. The pools are great indoors and outdoor. We didn't have any food there apart from the breakfast, which is was also very good. So much choice and selection. The coffee was a particular highlight and the pancakes. Overall a really nice stay for our last day as it was so close to the airport which meant we could really just relax in comfort before our flight. The hotel has a mall and super market next door so everything is catered for. Recommended!
Riad is conveniently located, inside very beautiful and comfortable.
The room was clean, there was everything needed. You can order breakfast extra if you missed this option when booking. There is a big terrace on top, on which it is nice to sit and drink a cup of mint tea in the evening.
The staff is very friendly, taking into account all our wishes.
Recommend this place from all the soul! Thank you!
We stayed for one day. The breakfast was modest, but you probably won't go hungry. A huge downside was that the sheets weren't changed. I pointed out the dirt and hair on the bedsheet, and the staff member just said, 'So what?' She then brought another dirty sheet. It took three attempts to get a clean one, which was horrible. The toilet and sink were dirty, and people clearly smoke in the room, so there was a strong odor. There was a safe in the room, but no hair conditioner, cotton buds, or tissues. Maybe we've been spoiled by other 4-star hotels, but there was absolutely nothing here... They also put us next to a room undergoing major renovations, so there was a loud banging noise starting at 8 AM. Luckily, we had an extra three hours and were already heading out. I definitely wouldn't come back here. On the plus side, it's about a 15-minute walk to the train station.
this riad have the most decent breakfast during my visit to morocco . location is good too as it is very close to the je mal market and it a short distance from the gate to the hotel entrance . the only thing i wish it could have done better is the lightning in the room, is quite dim for such a spacious room. overall experience is good , would recommend
Personnel Accueiling, Laughing, Serviceable and listening to the client.
The hotel is clean, whether it is the hall of the reception, the restaurant, the room.
Thank you all and continue like that.
Just to see the staff of the morning breakfast that gets you off, just ask the client at the table if they can get off because come to take the chair directly, it's not terrific.
Thanks to the ladies who prepare the msms, fresh eggs! 👏
The spa rever with the ladies, they take time and above all leave time to the client to appreciate this relaxing moment because we are showing that we need to do quickly and that change quickly so instead of a complete relaxing moment is a speed moment. There is no room for relaxing and recovering with tea and small cakes for example.
The manucure room, or brushing for example, is like a board or a cajibi.
We appreciate 10% for the spa offered.
The hotel's restaurant is a beautiful indoor atmosphere, we eat well. The only point of bemol is that customers can smoke inside. We who don't smoke, eat and go back from the restaurant feeling cigarette, it's unpleasant.
We recommend the hotel that is very well located, the staff of the reception, the indoor guards and for top parking even ladies of laughterful, police houses.
We will come back without hesitation.
I booked this hotel especially as a keen fitness enthusiast, I liked the photos of the gym on the trip.com site and wanted to keep up with my running and weight training. On arrival I was told there hadn’t been a gym there for a long time (years). This wasn’t a good start.
The receptionists change often at the hotel and they make a big difference when we needed help. A few of the receptionists spoke excellent English and were so helpful. For example, a tour bus didn’t arrive one morning and the receptionist phoned the tour operator and was really helpful. I wish they had all spoken good English as it was quite stressful at times to understand them and versa versa.
The rooms are in need of some TLC and an upgrade. Considering the entrance of the hotel looks so nice, the rooms are quite dismal. However, there was hot water for showers and the rooms were mostly cleaned each day.
The breakfast was great with lots of choice and western options as well as Moroccan offerings. The chefs make omelette to request and another lady made delicious flat bread fresh in the morning.
The photo is a view from our room.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming which we found is typical of Moroccan people, genuinely nice people overall.
A new riad that's both stylish and incredibly clean. You can pull up right to the door to unload your luggage. Hamid, the manager, was a great help in arranging parking around the corner in an underground garage, and I can't thank him enough – he's a very pleasant and attentive young man. Inside, the riad is beautifully decorated, with a pool and sun loungers, and we were offered welcome tea upon arrival. The rooftop, where breakfast is served, offers a magnificent view of the El Badi Palace ruins. You could easily skip visiting the ruins because you can see storks right from the hotel's rooftop! Breakfasts are consistent day-to-day, but still delicious – fresh coffee and orange juice. Our balcony overlooked a lively street in the Medina, so be prepared to hear the sounds of the city until midnight, but that's the trade-off for staying within walking distance of all of Marrakech's iconic landmarks.
The hotel interior is incredibly beautiful, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. There's a safe in the room, which wasn't mentioned in the description. Despite facing the road, it wasn't noisy at all; we could sleep soundly with the windows closed. The only minor inconvenience was the lighting setup in the room. There's no main overhead light, just small bedside lamps. One lamp is quite bright, while the other is barely more than a nightlight. The switch system is a bit complicated; you can only turn off the nightlight along with all the other lights in the room. And if you want to turn on another light (like in the bathroom), the nightlight also comes on, which isn't ideal at night if someone else is sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, pancakes, and orange juice. The hotel's location is quite convenient: about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a 40-minute walk to the Old Town. It's also close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive.

GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!
AAnonymous UserThe staff Is very friendly and nice,
Very good breakfast and good location.
Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more.
Mmskmr95624The interior is just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. I really appreciated the mineral water and the powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious.
However, the area around the riad isn't the safest, and there are scammers lingering around offering directions. If you're a woman traveling alone, I'd advise being cautious when moving around. It's also quite a distance to various tourist attractions.
I also had a massage, which was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and helpful.

GGuest UserStayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.
GGuest UserThe staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied, with something for everyone, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
GGuest UserIt’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved.
But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay.
AAnjLamCorpuzLocation: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area.
Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house)
Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly.
They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock.
They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.
GGuest UserThe service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.
