This is a great place to come and relax. The service is excellent and the facilities top notch. The food and restaurands are very tasty and diverse. We spend 7 days exploring Marrakesh and sourounding areas and came here for out last 2 days for pure relaxation. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay there.

Especially good! Upgraded the villa room, a room is like a palace, the hotel's garden is more beautiful than the attractions. The free shuttle bus is very luxurious. The flight luggage delay butler and the front desk help to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, I got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If the price is right, it is really recommended to experience Mandarin Oriental!

Très bel hôtel avec un service impeccable, des prestations de grande qualité L’hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont magnifiques, la restauration délicieuse et le service incroyable. Cet hôtel est un vrai hôtel cinq étoiles luxe.  mention spéciale pour le personnel du petit déjeuner. Lahcen et Reda qui nous offre un service impeccable avec beaucoup de petites attentions et une gentillesse rarement égalée Le Maroc et les marocains sont très attachants par leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

An excellent hotel in every way. The only drawback is the location, since it is necessary to pay for taxis continuously to go and return to the city of Marrakech (250DH-350DH) each way. For the rest, personally, probably the best hotel in Marrakech, simply spectacular!

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.
